Great time at the bar when Kayla and Vinny are working! The Buffalo Chicken dip with pretzels is the best! It’s my new favorite. Family meal deal is always a great buy. Pizza wings and a salad. Drinks are cheap. Remodel looks great (New barstool aren’t the best TBH )

With Native being pretty close to our window tint and vinyl shop, we definitely always find our way to Native. We aren’t complaining the service between Vinny, Josh and the rest of the crew is always chill. Atmosphere always good, the food never disappoints. Good for lunch or team meetings. We also called the restaurant twice to see how late the kitchen was open. Let the phone ring 10-15 times each call. No answer either time.

Native Grill on Hunt highway always has the best service. We had .Maria tonight and she was amazing! Beer was cold and not once did we have to ask for another, he made sure food was out in a timely manner, service at this location is top notch no matter the night!

Went for lunch on a weekend around 1130am and there weren’t very many occupied tables. We put in our order and it took over an hour to receive the food. When we finally got our boneless wings and fries, they were cold. On top of that, they had been overcooked and were dry/some parts were hard. I had to get to an appointment and could not send my food back and wait another hour. On a positive note, the medium sauce and fries were good (besides temp). The server and server in training shadowing her were both very nice.

Vinny, Josh, and Kaylee always know exactly what we drink and make us feel so welcome the second we walk in the door. Whether it’s for work lunches or family dinners, they’re consistently friendly, attentive, and genuinely great at what they do. It’s rare to find service that feels so personal. They’re a big reason we keep coming back to Native! Josh always has the best playlist too

I had ordered ahead. I placed the order at 607pm Their confirmation email said my order will be ready at 6:21pm. I arrived at 630ish pm. They did not bring me my order till 648. They were not that busy. Plenty of open seating, plenty of staff standing around. No reason to wait close to 20minutes to recieve my order, especially when I ordered them about 20minutes before I arrived to pick them up.
Wings are also undersized for their asking price. I will be avoiding this place with a passion and telling anyone I know to avoid this place too. This is ridiculous. This was originally a 1 star review.
Update- their Assistant GM ( Tim ) called me, asked what that they could do to make it right. This shows me that they want to have good customer service. I agreed to come back sometime October to try again, and provide a review based on that experience. The fact that Tim their assistant GM called me, proves to me that they do care and there is hope. Time will tell.

We waited a while for a table and when we finally got seated no one waited on us until a waitress finally came. We ordered wings and fries and waited 45 minutes for our food. We saw other tables getting food before us and finally the waitress came over and said the kitchen was backed up. Really? The food was good though

I had an amazing experience at Native Grill thanks to Shane Wilkinson! Even though he’s only a young buck, Shane works behind the bar like a total pro — quick, efficient, and always making sure everyone’s having a great time. He’s one of the funniest and friendliest people you’ll meet, and his positive attitude makes the whole place feel welcoming. You can tell he genuinely enjoys his job and takes pride in his work. Plus, that smile of his could brighten anyone’s day! Native Grill is lucky to have someone as hardworking and personable as Shane. Highly recommend stopping by and grabbing a drink from him!
