Take out order incorrect… ordered 2 fish and chips w fries and salad, 2 loose meat and cheese on a bun and a cheese fry. I accidentally called the wrong location and ended up here. I called after I went to the location I normally do, to found out where I ordered. Rushed.. when I got home I got 2 coney loose w chili..my husband doesnt like it…so his meal ruined. The salad had so many onions..I wouldn’t consider it a salad. Received and charged for an extra fry…??? One tiny cup of cheese..made for 5 fries what do we use for the other fries?… no consideration that I went to the wrong location to make fresh fries.. everyone was overwhelmed behind the counter. They were friendly though. Better training for customer service taking orders correctly, letting people know the location, and some empathy for the client. And wasted my $10. Earned on mediocre wrong food.

I ordered a gyro, baby Greek salad and soup… The Gyro was dry because they didn’t put any tzatziki sauce on it… The Greek salad came with no dressing and the soup was as bland as baby food… All in all a horrible experience. It might be better if you go in but this was a takeout order I will definitely not be going back there again!

I literally sat there for 30 minutes, looked every waitress in the eye as they passed by completely got ignored. Couldn’t even get one of them to ask me what I wanted to drink to start my order. Nothing complete lack of any type of service.

Our waitress was kind and quick! Food was wonderful. I ate before pics. I had the coney dog and baby Greek salad. Dessert the pie!

New Year’s Day was busy. But during our experience we won’t be back. Our waitress Mackela (spelling could be off). Seem she forgot about us. When I asked for my bill she was in the kitchen! No hair net. Why? Who knows. Then she was yelling and cussing about other waitresses. Sorry but I do not want to hear about your drama on the floor. Very unprofessional. You lost me and my family.

Had never been to one before so we had to check it out. They had a sign posted on the door that they were short staffed and to be patient. We sat at the bar and the girl that waited on us was buried in orders. I think there was only one server on the floor at the time as well. The manager came out and helped with the to go orders. They handled business! Our food was hot, fresh, and DELICIOUS. I definitely enjoyed my meal and I felt for the staff. I worked in food service for 15 years and it’s tough when you’re busy and don’t have enough help. So PROPS to the staff! I hope you get some extra hands soon. But keep up the good work!

If 0 stars was an option I would put it. This place is a horrible place to order from. I tried to order food over the phone and was just left on the “hold” for 10 min. I hang up and call back again and once again was put on hold for 10 min. At this point the person picking up my order ends up going inside to place the order and tells the cashier to hang up the phone because we’ve been on hold and came inside instead. 2 other customers then come in and complain about the same thing. The person there didn’t seem to care. Then to top everything off the order wasn’t even correct and we were missing food. Not wanting to come back up there again I call the place AGAIN and was put on hold AGAIN. When I spoke to the manager and explained to him everything that happened all he said was “OK and?”. So unprofessional and rude. Everyone there obviously doesn’t know how to work in customer service.
