Called in my order said it would be 10 min I waited 15 min once I arrived my name was wrong, someone stole my order off the rack because its no one watching it and my price changed once I got to the store. I remained very polite but was entirely upset I just wanted to eat my food after working a double shift. So on top of that I had to wait even longer while they redid my order. They never offered anything for inconveniencing my time not a drink or nothing. Very disappointing the workers really didn’t care they just wanted me out there face and way.

Such a simple thing, ordering Door Dash. Absolutely love a delivery that contains all the food, condiments & napkins. Great start to a first order from here.
I’m a National guy, always have been, always will be. That Chicken Hani man, I love it. Fluffy pita stuffed with fried chicken, multiple cheeses, mayo, lettuce & tomato.
The fries tasted as good as if they brought them out to my table. Fresh pickles, on the side. Zero complaints today. Thanks for cooking dinner while I watched some football.
I definitely will be back, and I would highly recommend as much as one can after a single visit.

Every now and then I get a craving for chocolate chip and strawberry pancakes. Lately when I’ve ordered them through DoorDash, I didn’t receive the strawberries on the side even though I’ve paid for them. The last time I got these I had picked them up myself, forgot to check the bag before I drove off, and when I got home I realized I still didn’t have strawberries.
I had just gotten home from work this morning when my stomach rumbled. I knew what it was trying to tell me and I knew exactly what I wanted. I placed the DoorDash order (because once I’m in from work, I’m not coming back out) for my chocolate chip and strawberry pancakes, but I had a sinking feeling that I wasn’t going to get my strawberries. So I called up to coney.
I spoke with a pleasant woman but didn’t get her name. She said my order just came through and was pouring the strawberries as we spoke. I explained the last few times that I had ordered the same thing but wasn’t receiving the strawberries that had been added on and paid for. She apologized, even though it wasn’t her fault.
When my order was delivered (fast as hell might I add) I was still skeptical. Until I opened the bag and saw the handwritten note on my pancakes. Not only did I get my strawberries, Miss Renee gave me extra.
Miss Renee — if this message finds you, I hope you have the Merriest Christmas. Just the note itself made up for the strawberry-less pancakes I’ve received in the past. Thank you for your kindness. It has not gone unnoticed.

First-time visitors of National Coney Island. atmosphere, staff and food was all good. my son and I had between us 8 coney dog’s a bowl of chili with 2 drinks. now the bad part when the bill came i couldn’t believe it was $42 for me thats a little much for hot dogs and chili. would have given a 5 star review if the bill was around $30 so I don’t think we will ever be back when we make our way up this direction again.

One of go to places in the area. It seems like it’s always busy during lunch time all week. Food is always hot and delicious. We get take out more than we sit inside but it’s always good either way. Staff is friendly and on top of things.

It is a a chain coney island so it’s a little different than the other ones. This particular national coney island has a little better atmosphere than the others.It’s in a good spot.It’s a good place to go before you go into kroger’s.To buy your groceries.So you’re not hungry when you go grocery shopping, grab you a coney dog and eat it head over and do your grocery shopping.That’s one of the things I do.Is I choose one of the restaurants near the grocery store before I go in otherwise?I spend money on things.I shouldn’t be buying.

I haven’t been to a National Coney Island for many years. It was sad to see that both the coney taco and the nachos were removed from the menu. Of what I was able to order, the bun was hard, cold, and chewy. Disappointed that corporate has apparently put $ before an experience that customers can enjoy.

The staff was very polite, friendly and fast. The issue I have is the amount of food you get for the price. We paid $50 but the amount of food that we were given for our takeout was very little. I was quite surprised on how small the portions were. The salad was a decent size but everything else was smaller than a normal Kiddie size, (we probably should have order from the kids menu, we would have gotten more) my Hani was 2 pieces about 3 inch long with not much chicken or cheese inside, (almost as if they cut it into three sections took out the middle section and just gave me the two ends) all of our “sides” ( not deluxe but actual side items) of fries would fit into a half cup measuring cup each, my daughters shake was about the size of a styrofoam coffee cup, and the burger was around the size of a McDonald cheeseburger Unfortunately I was looking for a night off from cooking but will have to make dinner anyways cause we ate an hour ago and everyone is already hungry again… Great service food tastes alright just not worth the amount it cost at all… so disappointing

I ordered a simple breakfast. Eggs over medium, well done bacon, well done hash browns with grilled onions. Everything was WRONG!! I gave it to my dog! How do you mess up so bad??
