So the place is actually located at a food court inside the mall and I’ll be honest, the food was really mid, and it was really expensive too. A chilli dog was literally like 8 bucks. Just a regular hot dog. The Philly cheesesteak was also literally just bread and beef in it, it kind of all just tasted like a mush and the cheese fries were- well they were fries with cheese. The costumer service was alright. A lady took our order by accident and the staff remade it for us. The atmosphere was rather congested but that’s because there were a lot of people around I guess.

I wouldn’t eat there again, just honestly not my kind of food.

Really impressed with the service. Price was realistic. First time trying this fare having come from Australia. Would probably get used to the steak being ground, over time. All in all a pleasant lunch.

very expensive, staff, very friendly at all. you ask for a cabbage salad, you will see the photos. I totally advise against it, it is not good. Try it especially very expensive. The worst is that when Americans come to Paris, they have the nerve to say that Paris is expensive.

Not worth a penny! Not good! We ordered cheese steak and never had this taste before. Very hard to chew. Very cold, the steak smells bad! Very dry! Also ordered bacon cheese fries That was cold too!!! Please go somewhere else and spend money for food ‍

It was my first time in Nathan’s Famous, but the food was so bland and dull that I’m not even sure that I like Nathan’s. Have eaten so much better hot dogs. The fries tasted like frozen food. All in all it wasn’t a good experience.

“Nathan’s Famous”?

More like “Nathan’s Infamous!”

I had already placed my order by the time I saw the reviews and wished I hadn’t. Are the reviews for correct The cheesesteak was horrible. The bread was burnt and dry and a cheesesteak itself had no flavor. And steak? It was chopped up tiny pieces of whatever.

I had to load it up with ketchup just to get any flavor on it whatsoever. As you can see from my picture you can barely see the cheese. It looks more like a spray-on cheese. They’re probably using those processed sandwich slices.
None of the employees look like they want to be working there and they showed it n their service.
As others have said the walk right by you and not even look you in the eye to acknowledge you as a customer.
The cheesesteak was $13! Yeah that’s right $13 of my money for a terrible horrible experience! Worst part about this mall is that all these food places are gouging you like crazy. Charging you $4 for a small soda is insane!
When I ordered this food I was even thinking should I just starve or get some food from one of these overpriced places? In the future I would rather starve!
I am following this up with a review to their corporate office because it was that bad.

A few weeks ago we got lunch here. We got bacon cheese fries, chicken wings, and other stuff that I don’t remember.

While I loved the chicken wings. He found them dry and flavorless. They came with barbecue sauce and hot sauce on the side. Everyone liked the fries at least.

My fish burger doesn’t even have a dressing but in the picture it does. Philly cheese steak is okay. The service is bad. I do not recommend and very expensive. Not worth it.

I absolutely hate complaining or leaving back reviews but the employees at this Jersey garden location apparently can not understand English nor can speak it very well. The guy taking the order repeated my order 5 times and each time he kept getting it wrong. Not hard to understand the order specially when you say it clearly 5 diffrent times of 2 dogs with grilled onions and 1 dog with grilled onions and cheese, 2 large lemonades and 1 large onion ring. You would think the lady who appeared to be the manger would assist since she was 2 feet away and looking over just stood there annoyed. Until on the 5th read back I said theres no reason why I should repeat my order 5 times and on each read back its completely wrong…Even though its a franchise store I will be emailing Nathan’s directly as well…

I ordered a Cheesteak + Large soda. Price is $21? Overpriced food and the cheesesteak is so thin. The meat tasted processed and tasteless.
