If I could give zero stars I would. Came in last week after calling in a simple order for a Cuban sandwich . When I got there 20 minutes later when they said to pick it up it still wasn’t ready. I expected the sandwich to be hot since it’s a hot sandwich. Took it home opened it up and it was ice cold ,!!! I called the next day spoke to the owner she said oh sorry must have been the new person. Next time I’ll watch her better. I hung up lol. Watch her better ? Next time ,??! Sorry Nataly’s. No

I couldn’t even place an order because the phone representative was extremely rude. I’m in the area for a hospital stay, and my wife was craving empanadas. I attempted to ask two simple questions: first, whether they deliver, and second, about their pricing. Before I could even complete my second question, the employee abruptly transferred the call, speaking to someone else in her native language. Their unprofessional behavior was so off-putting that I wouldn’t consider giving them my business, even if they were the last Latin cuisine establishment on earth.

This place is WAYY too overpriced. I understand inflation but wanting to charge almost 8 dollars for 4 pieces of salami is wild. I could have gotten a lunch at that rate. Staff is very quiet and stare at you like you have 3 heads.

It’s alright, but I wouldn’t purchase again even if I was really hungry. The prices you pay for the portion sizes is not justifiable. I paid $15 for white rice, a side salad (just lettuce onions and tomato’s) and baked chicken. Chipotle would have been cheaper and at least I get points when I order from them. They give you a really small amount of meat. It’s decent, but there’s more options in the area that make more sense.

When in the area won’t hesitate to stop by, always fresh food/salad, attentive staff and always a wide variety of dishes not to mention fresh beverages and desserts (salmon, my favorite)
