I always feel that the best test of how good a restaurant is, is when things don’t necessarily go well and how said place handles it. First of all this place was packed! Made a reservation which not only was honored but allowed us to get seated as soon as we walked in. This was a Friday night and during “Restaurant Week” so I’m sure that factored into things. We were greeted timely by our waitress and received our drinks. I will say that the alcohol drink I ordered was tasty but don’t feel it had very much alcohol in it. So take that for what it is. We placed our food orders and that’s where things started to not go so well. About an hour went by from the time we initially sat down and we were still waiting on our starter courses, a Caesar salad and bowl of Cream of Crab soup. We’re not ones to arbitrarily complain but felt this was excessive even on such a busy night. What amplified things even more was the fact that no consideration or communication by our waitress or any other staff was occurring either. We spoke up and our waitress did seem to take a more vested interest. We were then also visited by the house manager who ensured our food started coming out as expected. Additionally, one of the owners who happened to be in that night has stopped by our table (on accident as it turns out) but took the opportunity to ask us how our experience had been. When we told him how things had not been going their best, he couldn’t have been more apologetic and not only personally ensured there were no further delays, but gifted us a token offering to ensure we could visit again. The food was very delicious and well prepared. The atmosphere was quite loud but again, it was packed. For any of those negative reviews that talked about lack of strong managerial presence, we simply must disagree strongly. Every level of management we dealt with that night stood up. Not for their establishment but for us a consumers. That along with the absolutely scrumptious food will keep us coming back for more.

I loved the fish tanks when walking in! We were immediately greeted and seated! The service is fantastic. Our server was very attentive and did a great job. Never waited for a refill or anything. Our food arrived quickly and hot!
The trash can nachos were fire as well as the oysters! I got a burger that was probably one of the best ones I have ever had. It was massive. I definitely recommend coming here!

Stopped by for an early dinner to enjoy the weather. The Braveheart Steak was phenomenal, perfectly cooked. Still thinking about the ice cream from the brownie skillet! Haley was so friendly, we enjoyed having her. We’ll definitely be back!

Second time giving this place a try and its just okay. Spent $20 on rockfish bites and only got four, that were half the size of a chicken tender. The seafood platter only had a few pieces of crab meat. Its also bland. Prices are too high for bland food.

Went for dinner last Friday For my wife’s birthday. Had a group of 8. Food was really good, presented nicely. I had the Red Snapper. The menu says “pan fried” I guess I thought that meant sautéed. The breading was a little heavy, but it was tasty. Service was a little slow but we did get two visits from management and hostess to let us know our food was coming. It was a little issue in the kitchen. Complementing cheesecake for my wife for dessert was delicious and a big enough slice that we could share it. Only the other comment it was a bit noisy place. Could you see a little carpeting or something to absorb some of the noise? We did sit out in the dining room. Yes I would come back again now the food was good.

Had the best time here for my birthday dinner. They were able to accommodate 15 of us. Staff is super nice & food is spectacular. The fried snapper sando was amazing & a great size. The strawberry crunch ice cream sandwich is a 10/10. Drinks are great as well. Can’t wait to come back.

First time enjoying Natalie’s and the food was pretty good! We ordered the crabby flatbread, drunken crab balls, tuna poke, and calamari. Excluding the crabby flatbread which was awesome, I would have loved a more punched up flavor on all the other dishes. They were cooked well, but not memorable in taste. The rest of our party raved about the cheesesteak though, so I’ll be trying that next time. Their charm city sour and espresso martini are fantastic cocktails.
The service was awesome. Our server had the difficult task of handling a 26 top with different tickets and was absolutely flawless. She rocked. The tiki bar is also an awesome spot to hang out. There is a good mix of seats by the bar or by the band. It’s such a large outdoor (tented in the cold months) space it doesn’t ever feel overwhelmingly packed with people.

On 11/22/25, three dear friends decided to have lunch at Natalie’s. We had the most welcoming and very kind server. Rayna took wonderful care of us, and answered all of our questions regarding the food choices. She was delightful and all of our food choices were delicious. We loved the Trash Can Nachos, Turkey Rachel,
and the Burger was fantastic. It was a wonderful afternoon filled with friendship, laughter, excellent food, and a fabulous server! Thank you so much Rayna for your kindness, and expertise! We will return and definitely request you!
