I stopped here yesterday February 11, 2026 to purchase cupcakes for our remote employee, who was coming to the office. I was not able to have any myself because I follow a required gluten-free diet. However, the crew emphatically raved about how delicious and rich these Cupcakes were. The service was really good and friendly. I bought ten cupcakes and paid $45 for them. I would definitely recommend if you’re stopping by for a few delicious cupcakes!

Incredible! I’ve tried several bakeries in Michigan. All of them have their marks but this place takes the take cake, literally. The chocolate cherry cupcake was one of the best things I’ve had ever. I will be back to try more. And the strawberry is also incredible, you can tell the person making them puts care into the food.

I normally don’t leave reviews but after today’s experience I had to. I was SO excited to try out this new coffee after seeing it all over my TIK Tik. I kept raving to my boyfriend about their insta and page. I ordered a regular iced biscoff latte, because I didn’t like coconut water, and a cloud biscoff latte. The barista behind the counter put no coffee or milk in any drink, just coconut water and cream. After asking multiple times if this was the iced latte she kept ensuring me yes. I’m very disappointed. I did not expect to pay $12 for two cups of whipped cream and coconut water.

DO NOT GO HERE!!!!!!! We literally just got this today and there is MOLD ALL OVER the fruit tart. The croissant part was rock hard and so dry!!!!!! Didn’t even know there was mold until I bit into the fruit and SAW THE MOLD!!!!!! They need to shut this place down!!!! Health inspections IMMEDIATELY!!!!!!!!! They are NOT serving fresh pastries.

Amazing! Always a little bummed when baked goods are all sugar and no flavor. This place is all flavor and just sweet enough. It was so good. Definitely gotta come back.

I really wanted to like Natalie’s Bakery because of all the hype on TikTok, but it was a huge disappointment. The coffee was honestly some of the worst I’ve ever had — completely watered down and lacking flavor. I ordered an iced latte, and it came out warm, which shows it was prepared incorrectly. The drinks just don’t live up to the hype at all. On top of that, service was very slow and the staff seemed a bit careless with orders. Overall, not worth the time or money.

I went there this weekend with my cousins looking for delicious drinks to try and unfortunately this was not the place. While yes the workers were nice, the drinks were not. The drinks were extremely watered down with no flavor at all. We were also not aware of the fact that they add marshmallow to the drinks, which still didn’t make the coffee taste good. Not only that, our iced drinks were very warm as well ??

This is my favorite bakery. And that says a lot coming from me because I am huge on sweets. I decided to bike to the bakery today to pick up some goodies. I had a mild asthma attack on my way there so when I went in I asked for help. The person that was working scrambled to find me water and was so kind and went over and beyond to make sure I was ok. So not only do they have the best macarons and so many other yummy treats, their customer service is exceptional.
