Despite some lack luster reviews I wanted to try out your pizza for myself to have my own opinion. I like supporting local businesses, trying new places, and I love pizza. However, I experienced the same issues other customers mentioned in their reviews:
1. Didn’t have my online order in your system.
2. A very lean amount of toppings on my pizza.
Just be better. I want that for you guys. Get the online system figured out, get pizzas out on time with lots of toppings, and then keep findings ways new ways to improve. Thanks for the beer.

Ordered a pizza and received a completely burnt piece of cardboard. Used DoorDash for the delivery, Nashville Pizza Co would do nothing for delivery when we called. I wanted to like this place but there was absolutely no reason for anyone to put this pizza in a box and waste the money that we spent for it and the delivery fee.

Horrendous customer service. Placed an online order from their website. Was sent an email confirming order and a text advising me when it was to be ready. Arrived at the location and was asked my name. Name given and was ad ised order will be ready in 10 minutes. Waited for order. After 10 minutes same employee asked my name again. Name given. He then informs me no order under my name. I show him the confirming email. He says that can start a pizza now and ready in 25 minutes. Unacceptable. I asked for a refund. Was advised that I would have to call Door Dash. No sir. Pulled up my credit card app. Nashville Pizza charged my card. Nashville pizza needs to either cancel the transaction or issue refund. They refused to do so. Very very unprofessional. I can afford to lose $33.00. I assure you they have lost a long time customer and I will preach this incident till Jesus returns.

It was a long day at work and I was contemplating dinner and my co-worker was like “you want to go to Nashville Pizza Company for dinner?” and I was like “Sounds great! I don’t have to cook.”
It’s a small, pub like place with a diners, drive in and dives type feel with dark ceiling, dark floors and a walk up counter.
Our server Amanda Cate was polite, friendly and quick to help.
I ordered a large Meat Lovers so I could take some home to the flatmate and my co-worker got a Sausage Supreme with added pepperoni and ham so he could take some home to his family.
A couple of cold shiner bocks and some crispy, saucy and chock full of toppings pizza makes for a great dinner and excellent service makes the experience even better.
Here’s the breakdown:
Fast and friendly service from Amanda Cate +1 star; cold and frosty beers on tap +1 star; crisp crust and generous toppings pizza +1 star; nice pub like feel +1 star and a fifth star because I enjoyed my dinner and had plenty left over for the flatmate.
A definite addition to my dining rotation.

2nd time visiting since we are from greenville sc. But anthems time that really enjoyed the food. The waitress was super helpful and very nice. We can’t wait to go back again. The next time we are around.

Nashville Pizza Company in Franklin, TN, is a hidden gem! The Hawaiian pizza took me on a tasteful journey with its perfect harmony of sweet pineapple and savory ham. And those cannolis – pure magic! Crispy shell and dreamy filling made it the best pizza experience I’ve ever had. Kudos to Nashville Pizza Company for crafting such delicious wonders!

Middle of the road pizza. Anyone familiar with the One Bite App, I agree with the 6.8 rating. The pizza is very crispy thin crust and taste was a 3/5 for me. However, the garlic knots take the cake for me, 5/5 and very fresh. The decor inside is severely outdated, and needs a freshening. Probably won’t go back again, but it did the job for today.

Nashville Pizza Co. in Franklin has really gone downhill. Staffing problems seem to have hit them hard and food portions for the price were embarrassing. We liked them before but sadly won’t come back. I put some of the salad on a plate (pictured) and was upset enough to write this review. $40 and was still hungry.

This place is great and everyone is so friendly. We had such a nice server and the food came out quickly. When I went it wasn’t very busy and there were maybe 2 other parties there. I will definitely be getting pizza here more often!
