Last night was my first time trying Nashville Coop. We placed a to-go order for the Strip Box and the Texas Toast box plus a pint of the Créme of the Coop ice cream. The chicken here is outstanding. It’s so nice to have that real chicken meat texture that tears apart instead of something more ground up with filler in it. It’s juicy and tastes high quality plus the spices coated on the outside elevate things nicely. I heard the food can be pretty spicy here so I played it safe with the “Mini Coop” spice-level, which suited me well. Just the right amount to feel flavorful but the spice doesn’t last once I take a bite or swig of something else. My sister can’t handle spice at all so she opted for the “MN Nice” which she actually said was still kind of spicy for her. So take that as you will if you’re not a fan of spice! Their special sauce is good and might remind me of Raising Cane’s, though I haven’t eaten there recently. The French fries and coleslaw kind of felt standard, to be honest. But I really liked the Texas Toast!
Unfortunately, we didn’t get to try the pint of ice cream. My wife picked up the order and didn’t realize she should have looked for it in the bag. When I called the restaurant about the missing pint, they were incredibly apologetic and offered to make up for it with a pint and more next time I’d come in, but since we don’t live nearby, I said just refunding the pint was fine. But knowing how much they care about customer service really did leave a good impression! I’d definitely love to eat from here again.

Scott is an amazing staff member! Extremely friendly and ensured my meal was freshly made. The building was spotless inside and out. I appreciate the attention to detail that was provided. The cooks were also on their A-game as my meal was served hot and well seasoned! The spice levels are respectable, and still very enjoyable. While their chicken can stand on its own, the Coop sauce makes it an even richer flavor profile. I would highly recommend this restaurant!

#1 review: Fries cooked to perfection. Everything was flavorful. I got the growlin spice, it was more of a “asian mild spice”. I recommend getting the next spice level if you are looking for a Spicer level. The chicken tenders were moist and juicy. Pickles were delicious!
The mac n cheese can use more cheese. It’s more of a milky Mac n cheese. Good for kids. The male at the register was friendly and helpful. He asked if we wanted seasoning to top off our Mac n cheese which I did ask for the growlin spices on it.
#4. The waffles were good! Its a good amount of waffles, we were able to only eat 2 of the 4 pieces.
I highly recommend if you are in the area. 10x better than Raising Canes. Their sauce has more flavor and spice in it.

I enjoy coming here almost weekly. Perhaps it’s because I live so close, but honestly the chicken is a 10/10. The only thing better is the folks working. I so enjoy Scott (chef) and his team. They are always so welcoming and make the experience seem more than just ordering a meal. How can you beat delicious food and great service? You can’t, unless you’re eating and the Nashville Coop in Richfield.

Nashville Coop hits at every location. First time at the Richfield location so I had to try the excellent new Chicken and Waffles. The traditional spicy chicken paired with fluffy waffles. Loved the sweet and heat combo. Also ordered the new creme of the Coop. Essentially, it’s Oreo ice cream. I enjoyed it. Staff was friendly and efficient despite being very busy. Looks like Nashville Coop is expanding the menu in addition to expanding locations!

The chicken was FABULOUS! So YUMMY! I wish I lived near here so I could have it more. Employees were super friendly and great. I couldn’t get over how clean it was. I also really liked the music that played, but it wasn’t so loud that you couldn’t hold a conversation. Took away a star because it was super cold inside. Would definitely stop again.

The chicken was great! Coop was a level of spicy that stuck around, but was still tasty. Growlin’ on the other hand was almost too much to enjoy. The strips a huge and the basket is more than plenty.

Awesome service, fresh, tasty and outstanding customer service. I’ve tried typical Nashville Hot style chicken around the twin cities but I love how the Coop actually seasons and does all their batter in house while you wait. Everyone is fresh made to order. Great parking, good location and my overall experience is 10 out of 10. I recommend Nashville Coop as you won’t be disappointed. Keep up the amazing work in the Coop! Be back soon!
