Take advantage of the lunch specials from 11am -4pm it’s so worth it

We were looking for a place to eat before going to the movies & decided on this place. We ordered various combos with regular & seasoned fries. We started eating before I could get pictures, sorry. Everyone was more than satisfied with our food . We were thinking how big can a slider be, almost as big as a regular chicken sandwich. Next time we will share a few combos. The spice level is on point! The medium had kick so beware. I wish they served bone in wings. I think they’d be “fire”. I preferred ranch over the sauce given. I wasn’t sure how I’d feel about the cold slaw being on the sandwich because I really like cold slaw but hate bad cold slaw & soggy sandwiches. They paired well & the pickles took it too the next level. They serve was great & friendly. Will definitely be back

I was in the area and wanted to try this place. I simply was not impressed. The service is horrible and the sandwich literally had no flavor.
I follow them on Instagram and the sandwich looked nothing like what I see in their videos. They make it look so good on Instagram…but far from it.
When i walk in…I was not even greeted… then I placed my order. I got a the #1 combo the chicken slider with fries. 11.00 plus tax. 11.99 total.
The fries were not even cooked all the way. The bun on the sandwich was burned on the top. The chicken literally tasted like it was frozen and microwaved. It took over 20 minutes to even get my food. My sandwich looked nothing like the photos.
I would never come here again…it just was not good.

Stumbled on this Gem. What can i say I love Hot Chicken and Nash and Tender is a must try!!!! Staff were awesome and the food was amazing. The Chicken was perfectly cooked and graciously spiced perfect quantities of everything. They have a lot of options with heat levels for everyone. will will be back to try more.

OMG!! I been Door Dashing here for few months now and I’ve never tried them…. until today. I got the chicken Mac and cheese sandwich. It is Hella of a lot better than I expected. Mac and cheese is cream, cole slaw is perfect. I love it and probably addicted now. 10/10 in my Keith Lee voice.

Don’t order from here, I found metal pieces in my waffles today… DISGUSTING. Imagine a kid ate that. Food looks and IS very unappetizing. Whoever works there needs to be FIRED. How do you manage to have MULTIPLE metal pieces in my waffles. At first glance it looks like PUBES.

Thursday, 12/14/23 at 2pm. I live off of the Janet Leigh Plaza which is where this location is. 10 years living here, and observing this location from the time it opened, this was my first time having decided to place an order. I have been skeptical thinking if I would enjoy this as there are so many other options for food to consider, and that this location-area hasn’t had the best success rates for restaurants, etc. in its history. I was out and had run an errand and walking on my way home when I decided to finally walk in and consider ordering. Days earlier I visited their menu Online, and I already knew what I wanted. I was 1 of 2 persons inside sitting. The other person appeared to have already ordered and was eating. I stood at the counter, and a male asked for my order. I selected what I wanted: Chicken tenders and fries (Mild). While the salesperson was placing my order, I watched the display on the cash register as it quickly blinked options for tipping, and before I could respond the opportunity was gone. Also, a message then quickly appeared on the display about joining the rewards club, and ditto! I then remarked about not having time to respond to add a tip, and if I were able to join the rewards club online, the salesperson said yes, and “I think so”, and didn’t appear enthusiastic.
Now considering the 10 years it took me to get here, and the fact that (Based on my knowledge of the cost of running a business,
) I know there are many dollars that go into a business like this one including the marketing and advertising,the stiff competition, and maintaining the rewards program; etc. I say What a disappointment. And, I waited sitting with order #77 for 20minutes. I would to have liked having been able to add a tip on my receipt, and join the rewards club. See 1 photo here.

I ordered the hot chicken and waffles twice here before and they gave me the wrong order again just today! They instead gave me the waffle sandwich with Mac n cheese again like last time. I don’t eat cheese. I wasted my money twice in this place!
