So the food was REALLY good. Everything was cooked to perfection. Also gave really good portions of food. I got a monster burger double stacked with an egg on top it was very very seasoned. As far the customer service i didn’t like it. No one spoke when we came in even when I went to the counter the lady acted like I was bothering her rolling her eyes and all with just simple questions that was asked. So this will be a 1 and done for me.

I wish I was Kylo Ren and give them MORE MORE MOOOOOOOOOOOOORE Stars! The food is absolutely amazing. I am NOT a fan of fried food and especially not a fan of the Chicken sandwiches…but this place has changed my mind! No after taste like other places. There can be a bit of a wait for your food during the weekdays so plan ahead. This is my 2nd time here as I had to bring my son to enjoy this place as well. We ordered:
*Golden crunch chicken sandwich with crispy waffle fries
*3 piece chicken tenders, SPICY (believe me they are, the heat creeps up on you. You have been warned)
*Pickle Fries
*mushroom meltdown double (Son absolutely loved it and said he was full before he even finished the burger)
*and a super moist and delicious Orange Luxe cake
I highly recommend this place. To anyone that is skeptical, I challenge you to come and try it and I bet you will be a fan as well. Parking is somewhat small, so you may need to drive around the block.

My 1st visit to N&S and my Chicken Wings were soooo tender & juicy and the batter was perfection!! I had the Classic Bull (double) and it had a wonderful grill (char) taste without losing any of its juiciness! The seasoned waffle fries were really good too. Don’t forget their special sauce!!!
Lots of burger options and I really want to try their CHICKEN SANDWICH after eating those delicious wings!!

Great food, got the Nashville Hot chicken sandwich. With the heatwave sauce which was more of a sweet and spicy so I did not put that on the chicken sandwich. The patties were awesome. Sometimes you get fatty and tendon like patties, not these! My 11 year old got the chicken tenders, big and juicy, he gave them a 10/10, my 12 year old got the double smash classic, plain and dry, she gave that a 10/10. The fries are interesting, i think they are fresh, i know they aren’t super crispy. They were meh for me. I gave them a 5/10 for the fries, a 10/10 for the chicken sandwich , btw the coleslaw was top notch on the crunch and flavor scale.
Besides the fries being meh, the rest of the food is amazing.

We had one of the best burgers in Norfolk at Nash Smash’s! The patty was perfectly smashed, juicy, and full of flavor. The staff was super friendly and the atmosphere felt local and welcoming. Definitely a must-try if you’re in the 757 area!

Everything was really good but the chicken tenders was the winner tonight, for me. I didn’t order the tenders; I ordered the Nash & Smash. But my nephew gave me one of his and ❤️. THE best tender I’ve ever eaten.

Pleasant experience! I enjoyed the Nash and Smashed sandwich. A bit too much sauce on it though. I wish the white sauce for the fries was more garlicky, but the house sauce is quite good. It’s Halal, which is nice for people who keep Halal. Would come here again, very convenient.

First time…ok let’s see. I just had to get the original ’cause the pic on the website made my big back tingle. Not as juicy as pic ( ) but the flavor . I got hot (wanted extreme but was worried about heat-to-flavor ratio) and it was just right. Pickle fries are the perfect side (my opinion) and I tried the corn ( my opinion)
