We’re so excited for Nash in the Ville’s restaurant to open later this year, and I think it’s really cool that they have the food truck during construction! It’s like having a sneak peek of their menu, and I’m loving it already. The burger, mac & cheese, Nashville chicken, fried pickles, and churros were all great! I think this is the nicest seating area for a food truck I’ve ever seen, with string lights, grass, and even a fire pit. I’m so glad I work close by! I’ll be sure to post an updated review when the actual restaurant opens!

Food was very good.
I would say best chicken 10/10. Super juicy, super tender. Really sauced up which was great, but still crunchy.
BUT, I will say the Nashville hot is VERY spicy. I can handle spice and it was still spicy. So spicy I needed some blue cheese with every bite spicy.
My only recommendation would be to make it *slightly* more mild.
Overall, still would get the same dish and loved it!

Hot dog and fries were WAY too spicy for me! I went home hungry. Nice table outside during construction. Wait staff friendly. Just didn’t like the food.
