When I want New York/New Jersey pizza in Bismarck, the only place I’m going to is Nardello’s. The pizza is superb and it’s family owned. We normally take it to go, but I’ll often go get two slices in a drink for lunch during the week. This is the type of place where Christopher Moltisanti would say – “don’t disrespect the pizzeria.”

The pizza was good. We ordered 3 pies, cheese, pepperoni and mushroom and a works, and an order of garlic knots. The knots were out in 5 minutes and the pies were about 20 minutes. They also offer 2 slices and a beverage for $9, which is a great lunch for the price. I would recommend this place if you enjoy pizza!

It’s exactly what a NY style is. Mine was extra cheesy and had just the right amount of sauce for most people (I prefer extra sauce but didn’t ask for it.) Crust is thin but not floppy. I thought it was teasing on the edge of being too salty for my preference, probably from the cheese, but not enough to complain about. Sauce was decent. Overall, if a NY style is what you’re after this is a good place to try it
Edit 1: ordered again, pizza wasn’t salty like the last one. Added extra sauce this time as well. Updating to 5/5
Edit 2: same pizza again, but crust was too dark almost black in some spots. Tasted that over the toppings. Not sure if I got extra pizza sauce I added, didn’t seem like it. Can you remove the $1 upcharge for extra sauce anyway? I’m settling on 4/5 because of consistently. I’ve had 3 of the same pizza and each have been different

Ordered the stromboli. We are Navy and travel so we were excited to try and see. Honestly not worth it was basic. We asked for the chicken it was literally chicken cheese and sauce.The menu said sauce, cheese , pepperoni, salami. I mean we paid the extra few bucks for chicken. Honestly won’t be back.

I have been going there for years, and all I can say is top 5 food in Bismarck. The pizza is the best especially if the owner or head manager makes it. To die for, perfect amount of sauce, great spread of toppings, and the crust crunchy but not burnt. The staff is always friendly and helpful. They almost always say hello when I walk in and goodbye as I leave, just good folks. The desserts are also exceptional. I can tell that they put thought and care into their business and I will continue to support this business.

First of all, I love supporting local businesses. After moving, I was really missing a pizza shop where you can just get a good slice. I’m so happy this is in Bismarck. The pizza is delicious, and they have the good ranch. Also, their meal deal with two slices and a drink is a great deal. I’m really looking forward to trying the other food options.
