I recently stopped by the Torrington Nardelli’s and had a great experience. It’s clear there’s new management and they’re doing a fantastic job. The place was spotless, the food was fresh and delicious, and the staff were extremely polite and professional. Everything was well organized and the service was excellent. I’ll definitely be coming back again and highly recommend this location!

Wasn’t satisfied with first sandwich, so the manager told me to replace it with whatever I wanted. He even gave us dessert on the house. Great service with a smile and the next sandwich was fantastic. Service like this is rare these days. Great place.

The store is nice and clean. But I went in an ordered two large grinders and the girl who took my order, didn’t write anything I said down. I actually said to her wow thats impressive that you can remember all that in your head. Well when I got home they were both not made at all like I had requested. They were still good, but not the way we wanted them. So may I suggest to write the orders out and look at the paper.

This was the saddest sandwich I’ve ever had. It was supposed to be turkey, American cheese, lettuce, mayo, oil, and vinegar… there’s like 2 slices of turkey, 1 slice of cheese, maybe a teaspoon of mayo and definitely no oil or vinegar. And to top it we spent around $65. Next time I’ll make my own. ♂️ ♂️
Edit: I opened the other half to see the lack of mayo and there was a big pube staring back at me. Yuck threw it all out! $65 wasted

Grinders were good. A lot to choose from, even the choice of breads used. Service was swift, and food was hot. Prices are reasonable. Good place to grab a quick lunch or dinner for the family. I will come back again

My only real complaint is anytime you order through door dash or over the phone my order is never right EVER!! If I wanted my sandwich toasted I’d put that in the notes or say that however when I go out of my way to say not toasted and they still do it’s annoying! If I ask for certain things not to be on my sandwich and you still do it is just them being lazy! Clean you press so the sandwiches don’t have a weird burnt taste that isn’t appetizing! Also if I ask certain things on my sandwiches please just do it!!! Every time me and my coworkers order from here, this is our main issue Our sandwiches are never done right however, if we go in store, they’re fine.
