I have a special story about this place. I ordered ahead for us wrestling coaches on a meet night, and when I got there, I realized that my wallet was missing. I looked everywhere, but knew I had it on me earlier that day. I usually have cash, but this one day I did not. I apologized to the manager and explained what happened and that I was sorry. Not only did he want me to take the sandwiches anyway, but he asked me if I needed some cash to get me through the rest of my day!!!

I visited Nardelli’s from Florida. Jay and Jeremiah are the best. They both have great customer service skills and accommodated my order. Whenever I visit again I’ll be sure to go to this location. Keep up the good work guys!!!!

I ordered online delivery, get my food, it was not door dash fault, but Nardellis fault because everything I asked I did not want on the subs, they added it. When I called NARDELLIS the manager/owner answered and was beyond rude. He asked me “what do you want me to do?” I advised him he is the manager, he again became rude asking the same question. He refused to help, and told me to go and complain to door dash. Worst customer service ever!!! and when I asked him for his name, he said, “I am the owner!” So don’t go here, he lacks customer service and treats his customers badly. If they would have made the food the way I requested it I would not have called him .

Decided to give the “famous” Nardelli’s a try. Ordered the whole pastrami grinder and a side of potato salad. $17.51. I had never been there before so I didn’t know what to expect. Staff was friendly but not overly helpful. They seemed ok with letting me”guess” my way through my options. The grinder was ok. Not something that I’m going to sneak out of the house for. Infact probably won’t get it again. Potato salad was not bad. If you do stop in there check out the items in the case. I never realized that they can be made in to sandwiches. A much better buy. I’m picky but give it a try and make your own decision. It’s not bad, not great, just there. But for a real pastrami treat try Lena’s in Manchester. That’s a pastrami sandwich.

I appreciate the guys apologies truly do but upset because I ordered an hour in advance and when I arrived nothing was ready / the order wasn’t even acknowledged. The place was dead not busy at all. My coworkers who order a lot later than I did got there orders before I did (I’m glad) still last minute but why was mine not done? I’m sure Nardellis is probably better than Jersey Mike’s or Subway but now I wouldn’t know. Now I can’t order from and try Nardellis because I’ll probably go without a meal again. I have to wait for $70 refund which will probably take days to process because otherwise I would’ve made it to work late. Would’ve been nice to enjoy and tryout NARDELLIS for the first time.

Ahh, everything looks great, ie. Grinders, salads, etc. But it ends there.. In the end, it’s just another chain restaurant.
