We have been several times before to Narbona Key Biscayne and Coconut Grove. We were very satisfied, but this time the quality of food and service were rather poor. The AC was not working, so it was very warm inside. The food was flavorless. We were a group of 8 people and no one liked their dishes. We tried the provoletta (good) and Fried calamari (tasteless) as starters. Then we had the Chivito Uruguayo (nothing to do with what we had had in previous occasions), Spinach and Riccota Raviolis ( absolutely tasteless and too buttery), Pizza Key Biscayne and Pizza Catalina (regular). The service was not good. There seems to be a crisis of service in the Miami area. Owners do no pay attention to training personnel. It’s not very difficult.

If I could I would give them 10 stars! What a fantastic place in Key Biscayne. We order the chivito and the provoleta as a starter. So far the best chivito I have ever tried, and we went a couple of times to Uruguai! The provoleta was also divine, highly recommend it. For desert we ordered the Roher tart, which is a must! The atmosphere is nice, extremely well decorated and well chosen ambient music. Our waitress was an Argentine lady extremely friendly. If I have to mention something I would say that the AC must be improved…I know that having an open kitchen complicates it, but with these temperatures here we need some refresh so we can enjoy even better the food.

Incredible experience I just had. I ordered a risotto without parsley, as I’m sensitive to it, via Uber eats and the kitchen made a mistake. I called and notified them of the mistake and 10 minutes later the chef personally came in his motorcycle to deliver it to my door. Beyond world-class! Bravo, great example of how to turn a mistake into a life time loyal customer. May others in the restaurant business learn from him!!!

I love this place! My waitress recommended a wine for me that I really enjoyed, and the risotto was delicious!! Attentive but not overbearing service. I wanted to try the flan but I was too full! Next time.

Great flavors! My favorite part is the section with chocolates and other gourmet goods. I was able to find my favorite chocolate there. Will definitely come back!

We were there right at noon on a Saturday. They offer an all day brunch on both Saturday and Sunday. Plus their pizzas are available starting at noon we were told. We were greeting promptly. Our server was friendly. We sat on their large enclosed patio. Our food was fantastic. We should of split an entree. I ordered a Catalin pizza while my husband ordered their Chivito Uruguayo Narbona sandwich with a side of sweet potatoe fries. The sandwich was phenomenal. My pizza was very good too. We ended up splitting his sandwich and ate two slices of the pizza. The rest of the pie we had for dinner!

Besides the beautiful ambiance and very good Uruguayan styled pizzas, Narbona’s provoleta is magical… as good as the best provoleta I had when visiting Buenos Aires and Montevideo. The mostly heavenly grilled cheese on Earth perhaps. The provoleta is perfectly aged, of **just** the right thickness, and literally comes out bubbling. It’s sublimely crisp at the edges, oozy and savory in the middle (that delicate balance of a subtle bit of interior gooey-ness without compromising chewiness!) and fragrant with oregano (eat it with chimichurri for an extra flavor explosion!)
