Came in for a quick lunch with some coworkers. I’m not big on pasta but decided to join them anyway. I had the chicken parmigiana it was really good . The bread and salad were just as good I’d definitely comeback . Highly recommend

We tried this place for dinner on evening, we were greeted as soon as we walked in and seated right away. The server got our drink order then return quickly to get our food order, we ordered a medium Meat Lovers Pizza and two dinner salads, the dinner salads were nice and delicious, the Pizza was New York style pizza, very large medium pizza. The crust was very delicious as was the Pizza itself. You will see many Napoli’s around the Dallas area, each one is independently own and operated. We found the restaurant to be very clean as were the restrooms. We will return again soon.

Me and my fiancé love eating here! The atmosphere is cozy, and feels very familiar. The food is delicious, I’m from NY and can guarantee you the pizza is NY approved. The pasta portions are a good size and the prices are just right. Love everything about this place hoping much success for them in the future!

Napoleon’s Italian Restaurant
On Christmas Day, we walked in thinking they were open, not realizing they were having a family gathering. We immediately apologized and left — but before we could even get far, they chased us down the parking lot just to offer us a free pizza.
That kind of kindness is rare. It wasn’t about business; it was about heart. On a day meant for family, they chose to extend generosity to complete strangers and made our Christmas even more special. We will never forget this moment and will absolutely be back to support this amazing local restaurant.

My husband and our son, went to get pizza and walked into this Italian pizza restaurant thinking it was open since there were people inside. Once they walked in, they kindly let them know they were actually closed and having a family gathering. My family apologized and left without any issues. As my husband and son were walking out to the parking lot, they actually came after them to offer them a free pizza. That gesture was completely unexpected and incredibly kind. Even though they were closed, they went out of their way to show generosity and great customer service. We truly appreciated it and will definitely be coming back to support them.

Today 12-26-25 I went to Napoli’s with my wife and mother. We have been many times before, but this time we waited for about an hour before I asked the employee about our food. I spoke with the owner and they forgot to put up the ticket for the cooks so we left. The owner didn’t seem too concerned to me about the situation so we will not be going back.

My wife and I have lived in Rowlett for a very long time. We drove by often and always wanted to stop in a give them a try.
The food was good, the service was fair and the atmosphere was apt.
The bread that was served to the table was hard, and cold. It took 15 minutes for our water to come back to the table after dropping off drinks and bread, then when I asked for more fresh bread, it was another 20 minutes before they returned with the bread or to refill our drinks. The kid was more interested in conversing with his female coworker than us. Not the best experience but the food was good.

New to Rowlett, our first visit to Napoli’s. Very casual, comfortable atmosphere. Friendly service. My husband had Fettuccine Alfredo, and I had Shrimp Pomodora. Both were delicious! My husband loves their bread. We’ll be back.

A cozy, inviting restaurant that would be easy to miss if you aren’t paying attention. We went after the lunch crowd had dispersed, so we mostly had the restaurant to ourselves. The aromas were tempting as soon as we walked in.
Now to the food. My brother ordered the Tortellini Milano; I had the Spaghetti Pizzaiola, Portions were generous, the plating was visually appealing, and we both thoroughly enjoyed the blend of flavors. My brother remarked, “You know the food is good when you don’t even need to use the condiments. “
Staff took great care of us, and we left full and happy.
