Not Your Daughter’s Closet
I’m not sure why this place received so many negative reviews. We live very close so we decided to give it try. We ordered to go with a 10″ pesto chicken pizza and a margahrita pizza. They were both delicious! We waited maybe 15 minutes. The staff was nice and the place was clean. Hope it stays around as it’s just 5 minutes away.

Called this location to place a to go order for a pepperoni pizza and mozzarella sticks. Arrived to the store and found out that it was closed. There was no lights or people inside nor a sign on the door. Called the same number that I place my order and they told me that they have relocated to warm springs which is about a 15 minute drive from this location. They never mentioned when I placed my order that they have relocated and that the Seven hills location was closed. Picked up my order and was upset. The pizza looked okay but needs more pepperoni and the bottom of the pizza was burnt. We had 4 mozzarella sticks without cheese inside I don’t know what happened there.
Just know that they are closed at this location.

Decided to try this place after Angelina’s closed down a while back. We ordered a #5 special which was a 24″ pizza, 20 wings, and a 2 liter of soda. The pizza was huge and barely fit into the passenger seat of my car. It was well cooked and very cheesy. The wings were split into half honey bbq and half mango habanero. They were good sized wings, cooked perfectly, and had great tasting sauce. We’ll be returning for sure!

Worst pizza we’ve ever had. The dough is absolutely flavorless. All the toppings on the pizza were raw and not cooked with the pizza. The breadsticks had no flavor, overcooked and swimming in oil. Fried mushrooms were good but hard to ruin those. I ordered extra ranch and got one. On top of all that is was $53 for a large pizza, fried mushrooms and breadsticks. We threw out 3/4 of our order. I’ll never go back. A million other places to try.

Let me start by saying this is the 1st time I have EVER written a review.
For anyone who has lived in 7 Hills for the last few years you know that Angelina’s Pizzeria at the entrance of our neighborhood used to be the best local spot. Over the years they switched ownership and the quality of the food , service and overall atmosphere went into the toilet. So when the sign went up showing The Original Napoli Pizza, needless to say we were excited to have a great Pizzeria back in the neighborhood.
Unfortunately it’s worse.
The food quality is mediocre at best, cleanliness and service from the staff are horrific.
I’m sure the Health Dept. would love to see how they prep large bowls of raw chicken over the hand washing sink in the kitchen.
But this, is were the lost me completely.
We placed a pickup order on the way home because we were in a huge hurry. When we arrived 1 of the pizzas we’re incorrect, ok so mistake happen, so now I am waiting 25 mins for a remake. I ask if they were going to remove the pizza from the bill because of the the error , since I now have 1/2 an order thats cold and waiting 25mins – remember we order pickup because we were in a rush. The woman who took the order and made the mistake did apologize, and said I would have to wait so she could speak with the owner. Ultimately I was told no since I received a new pizza.
Listen…at this point it’s not even about the outrageously priced pizza, it’s the principal. You are a brand new Pizzeria, I would think you want to build some brand loyalty & have the folks in 7 Hills to spread the word, recommend you etc. Obvisouly thats not ownership’s intent.
Hey Napoli Pizza Owner – the guys before you went out of business because they stopped caring about their customers looks like you are taking the same approach. I wish you nothing but luck, but frankly am taking the over/under you’ll be out of business in 18 months. Ciao!

Loved it. Large pep pizza well done always…PERFECT…love the cheese cake and also mb parm. I am glad they opens here in seven hills. Owner is a very nice guy. Angelina’s was OK but Napoli’s is a way better pizza for sure

I had high hopes for Napoli’s pizza. Unfortunately, they did not meet expectations. We ordered at 5:41 pm. Garlic bread, 6 chicken wings, and a 14 inch cheese pizza. We didn’t get the garlic bread and chicken wings until 6:20 pm. Those were mediocre at best. Then the cheese pizza came out at 6:30 pm (50 minutes for a cheese pizza is absurd). The pizza was undercooked. The crust was doughy and cold. The cheese was barely melted.
Another disappointing fact is that they only sell soda by the can or glass bottle ($3.50-$4.50). They didn’t have any ice for the soda.

My husband ordered and paid for a supreme pizza online today. The pizza was good, but I think there needs to be better communication about customer payment with the delivery driver who awkwardly stood on our porch asking for cash payment after handing the pizza over, til my husband repeatedly told him that he’d already paid online
