First time going and it was à nice experience. Josh was very kind and took great care of me. The salad was amazing. I ordered a build your own calzone, a stromboli and a bread stick. The dough is amazing the salad was great. My only critique is my stromboli was dry on the inside I felt it needed sauce and cheese mixed all in like a glue to hold it all together. With no sauce and cheese throughout on the inside the toppings just spilled all over the place and the sauce would of helped cook the veggies more too. My onions were strong and raw. The cheese was just on the top. It was tasty and ill give it a 5 out of 10 the sauce throughout would of gave it a 10. Will i go back yes i will I’m eager to try more items.

Sadly, for us, Napolis was the third case.
The staff is certainly friendly, welcoming and very helpful. The clientele are mainly familiar repeat customers, often known to the staff by name. There is friendly banter and a great atmosphere.
The shop looks tiny from the outside but is surprisingly well laid out for maximum customer dining space. The place is quite clean, as well, at least the dining area.
After my initial highly positive impression, a few less positive details started to kick in.
The food was ordinary, perhaps mediocre, while prices were on the high side. I had a sausage calzone and my mother had a spinach one. Mine contained sausage and hers contained spinach.
End of story.

In the dining area, there was a TV turned to a televangelist program and it was loud. Each to their own preference but I would have preferred something quieter and less strident during my lunch break.
If you thought the dining area was compact, the restroom was even tinier, a walk-in water closet, if you will.

While visiting the restroom, I unfortunately saw into the kitchen. It wasn’t unsanitary but it was disorganised and did not impress.
I love local, family run establishments and I like to support them but….
overall, I would have given a 2.5 stars, if that were an option.
Pro Tip
Find your way to the restrooms before you leave, around the far corner of the counter, through the stacks of soda bottles and almost in the kitchen. You will feel a bit like Indiana Jones .

Affordable one slice pizza was an appealing concept. I noticed a ‘pasta salad’ on the menu so I’d often visit Napolis just for that. Until recent visits. It’s a shame how a simple continuous oversight can cause a customer to spend money elsewhere. Extra pasta salad dressing (i’ll pay for it) ..was always my polite request. They NEVER got it right! I would go to the car, look in the container No Extra dressing. I began to stand at the counter & check the contents of my order…still having to request the extra dressing AGAIN!! Oftentimes, I was the only customer being serve! I will do business at a different establishment from here out.

This was my first time ordering pizza from here. I was in the mood for a different taste. I wasn’t going to mention the service issue I encountered, but I believe it is important. When I went inside to pick up my order, the young asked if she could help me, and I replied, “Yes, I am here to pick up my order.” She grabbed it and pushed it towards me without making eye contact, acknowledging me with a thank you, or saying, I hope you enjoy your pizza, but quickly turned away and began talking with her coworker.
I felt it necessary to mention that although the pizza and breadsticks were delicious, her attitude could determine whether I return.

AMAZING PIZZA! ive lived in this area for 20 years and i never got a pizza from here until today! my family enjoyed it so much, it was so good. tastes so good. i personally loved the bread, feels like it was made from scratch!

They used to be really good, I used to come there often. But lately there’s newer people and they’re younger and the last three times that I asked for a pizza party cut they cut it regular. Today I was pretty upset because I had to present the pizza for a party and it was cut into huge slices and not party cut. The pizza didn’t have enough sauce or cheese on it. They crust was very dry and the overall pizza was undercooked. This is disappointing because they used to be really good. I probably won’t be going there anymore.

The service was exceptional, the atmosphere was chill. The employees and people were very friendly. My granddaughter loved the pizza but the rest of my family was not fond of it. It was mainly just cheese and bread with barely any sauce. But if you like this kind of pizza, this is the place for you.

My friends parents own this place and we went there to get dinner and let me tell you, amazing hospitality, amazing quality of food, amazing energy! My friends mother was so nice, so kind, and just a pleasure to meet. The whole family! The stromboli was the size of a small baby! Any time I’m in the area it’s gonna be my go to for food! I would encourage you to try them if you haven’t already! I love the Lenoires and look forward to seeing them again!!!!
