Napoli’s Pizza pizzas are very delicious and they have been around since 1966. Their pizza sauce is what did it for me. It was flavorful, sweet, and tasty. I got a large extra cheese pizza and it very good. They offer a variety of sizes and other food items as well. I called to have my order delivered and it was delivered faster than what I expected. The representative who took my order was friendly and the delivery driver also. Decent prices.

Flaky, airy crust. Tasty sauce and cheese but slightly under-sauced and under-cheesed. The sausage and pepperoni were terrible and flavorless. This would be a solid pizza if it had better toppings.

(On or around 4/2023) Traveling from Cleveland Ohio, stopped in with a few buddies while passing thru. Dude here was working alone and just pumped out a pizza and 3 sandwiches in 10 minutes. Amazing pizza, amazing food, perfect customer service. (picture of sandwhich is first time)

I was traveling to Kingsport, TN for work and just HAD to stop and THE SECOND TIME TRYING THIS PLACE IT DIDN’T DISAPPOINT. My goodness this place is unbelievably great. The service was awesome as my prior experience and this pizza DELIVERED my expectations to another dimension. 10/10 this place is a MUST try.

Sauce was kind of disappointing tasted like chef boyardee the bread sticks weren’t very impressive but the delivery driver was here quick and very polite and overall service was not bad.

For the amount of money you spend vs the quality of food you get from here it makes you want to eat somewhere else…. I ordered a French bread pizza with two toppings paid extra for the second topping never received the second topping. I placed the order for a specific time so I would be off work they showed up 30 minutes early I was not off work…. I don’t think I’ll be ordering from here again

Only rating 2 stars because I really like napolis, but I called in for a pickup order this evening and ordered a baked spaghetti with cheese. I’ve made this same order here many times and said exactly that, and the employee would confirm I meant provolone. Tonight when I said that, there was no clarification from her end. It wasn’t until I drove home that I realized my spaghetti had no cheese on it, but Parmesan packets on the side. Really was not a big deal, I figure just a misunderstanding. However when I called the restaurant to explain to a presumable manager that had happened looking for a resolution, she told me that the employee on the phone DID confirm those specifications without a doubt, acted as if I was the one who somehow messed up my order, although I’ve made this exact order countless times. Truly felt like a misunderstanding that could have been easily resolved but instead I felt like I was being accused of being a liar without actually saying it.

We ordered a chicken sub and a meatball sub from this location while in town visiting family. The delivery person had it at our hotel door in very little time. I thought it was a little too costly until I tried the food. The subs were definitely worth the price. The bread they use is fabulous and the meatballs were perfect. We also ordered some cheesecake and it was so delicious. I will definitely order again the next time we are in town.
