We love this pizza restaurant! We’ve been coming here for almost 3 years now. This location has always been top notch. Mozzarella sticks are yummm and Napoli pizza is incredible. Very much up to NYC pizza quality and pizza i had around Italy! Restaurant is beautiful and staff is wonderful! My only recommendation is that they offer calamari to their menu, I bet they would do them great 🙂

FANTASTIC REAL PIZZA!!!!
We are in the area camping and we love real pizza not the commercial style like Domino’s, Pizza hut, ect. and we asked around and Napoli’s was a name that was mentioned every time and I understand why.
The garlic knots are amazing and the pizza is fantastic. The crust was crispy (not burnt) all the way through. Im sure we have all experienced pizza with a soggy center at one time or another but NOT HERE. This pizza was FANTASTIC!!! The service and atmosphere was great as well.
We will definitely be back again before we leave and when we come back next month.

A true NY style pizza place!
Coming from the Northeast many years ago, we thought we would never find good pizza and good Italian food in general again. Napoli’s Pizza proved us wrong in the best possible way. The pizza is perfect but so is everything else on the menu: garlic knots, spaghetti & sausage, calzones, I could go on and on. The owner knows how to cook. Napoli’s quickly became our entire family’s favorite local restaurant. Even my mother, an excellent Italian cook, loved Napoli’s and she was hard to impress when it came to Italian food. We moved away but anytime we’re in the area we stop in for food.

I had an unfortunate strait of being assigned as a food courier for this slow establishment. Upon writing a fair and accurate review of my unfortunate experience inside this concessionless outlet, the owner answered with great infantile hostility and aggression. So I am leaving with him a second unfavorable review and if he does it again, I will invite others to do the same with the similiar ratings I am publishing today online. And also, I will report him through the appropriate GrubHub channels. Certainly I will not have coming my way such steamed insensitivity. And I will additionally say – such childishness, and oafish offensiveness I have ever witnessed in my lifespan.
Whether or not you are in a kitchen sweating for 12 hours or not, is not a sentient contigency when you go out of your way to seem insufferable. We all have hard occupations, and we all are of understanding that a slew of such rude incited remarks is inappropriate.
Why I am giving Napoli’s a low rating:
1. Their wait times are unacceptable (over 40 minutes long I waited, although my conveyance to staff stayed patient and humble as it should.)
2. The owner’s response to negative feedback is so instantly and agilely ridiculous, berating customers instead of offering suitable ways to resolve issues. UNACCEPTABLE on here and I will not allow this on my account. Customers should not be punished simply for being honest and using open fair judgments sourced from how they were taken or not taken into consideration at this restarant.
3. The owner thinks he has a right to tell a deliverer, who is not his employee, that they supposedly should steer outside of the usual GrubHub in-app protocols and only start heading to their pickup location upon the notification in the app that the food is ready to be picked up. What this audacious air demonstrates to us all is a shortfall in understanding of how his operations are fundamentally running in occurrence – day in a day out. He should be familiarized with third-party affairs and rules surely by now. He has been a dining owner for a while.
4. His attitude to my review was scathing and rude. If he had candidly asked me what he could do to improve the overall situation – I would have more than likely deleted my review IMMEDIATELY because that is the righteous comportment of someone who wants to achieve a high tier of customer satisfaction. When a GH deliverer is dealt with unfairly unfavorable treatment, that will streamline itself always to the diners who are ordering.
Final Summary:
The owner needs to seriously handle all reviews with sincerity and positivity, instead of acting overly sensititized, incensed and disrespectfully unhelpful. I am not at all a stubborn individual, and it is not hard to standardize the way you should act in all situations.

I don’t live in the area anymore, but my sister does. Every time I visit, I LOVE coming here to get a pizza. The crust is excellent, so are the garlic knots and everything else I have tried over the years. Also, if something is wrong when you go to a restaurant, get the problem fixed then and don’t completely bash them, especially one that isn’t a chain. Anyway, all the locals know how good it is. Can’t wait to come back soon!

I cannot recommend this restaurant. We ordered the lasagna and baked ziti, and both dishes fell short in several key areas. After a 20-minute wait, the food arrived overcooked and lacked the depth I expect from Italian cuisine. The sauces tasted overly simplistic, resembling something store-bought rather than homemade, and the baked ziti was inexplicably substituted with penne—a clear deviation from the classic recipe. As someone who appreciates traditional Italian fare, this was particularly disappointing. The lasagna itself was also problematic; the sheets were overcooked, with the bottom layers dry and hard. To make matters worse, the sauce contained ham, an odd choice that clashed with the overall flavor profile. It’s disheartening to see an Italian restaurant disregard such fundamental elements of the cuisine, as it shows a lack of respect for authentic recipes.
Edit: I understand that you think that in south of Italy it is okay for a dish to lack of flavor or to serve penne instead of ziti. However, I encourage you to take the time to explore the depth and aroma of southern Italian cuisine—it’s truly remarkable when understood in its full context.
Also, when it comes to pasta, I recommend mastering the technique of cooking it al dente, as well as perfecting classic sauces like bolognese and béchamel to make a tasteful lasagna. Ate here coming back from Stone Mountain and the food was excellent. Great garlic knots and home made mozzarella sticks. Pizza was good and the pasta was outstanding. Definitely recommend the lasagna and chicken florentine. On the list for when we come back.

I went to Napolis Pizza with my boyfriend this afternoon because I had heard the tomato Basil soup was delicious. The soup was in fact delicious, however, that was just about the only good thing about this restaurant. I got a single slice of pizza, the soup, and some bruchetta to share. My boyfriend got the steak and cheese sandwich. The pizza and sandwich were bland, even the cheese was not very flavorful. The bruchetta was literally just some burnt toast with tomatoes and a little sprinkle of oregano. No feta or balsamic. We didn’t take a single bite hoping they’d realize, even though the plating was pretty, it didn’t seem like it had any flavor. I paid over $40 for this meal. It was not worth this. The waitress never refilled my drink and she was kind of rude even when I complimented her nails. She brought out the pizza slice first, then the sandwich and bruchetta (appetizer) then soup. I waited for my boyfriend to get his sandwich before I ate my pizza. My pizza was cold by the time he got his food. We were like the only customers there too. Saw the waitress chatting and laughing with a friend in the back the whole time. Restaurant was pretty on the inside though.
