I went in skeptical to be honest, based on some of the prices. But I can tell you it is 100% worth the prices. The sandwiches are unrivaled as far as freshness flavor in the amount of actual meat that you get in them I’ve never ordered before I had I known I probably would not have ordered as much as I did, but I was kind of expecting these to be small and disappointing, but they were mind blowing and delicious..
Ordered for delivery driver was so nice. The entire experience was pleasant. They do have to call to confirm your order which was perfectly fine by me. They extremely courteous on the phone and the entire process was seamless.
I can’t say for 100% certain but I do think that even the bread for the sandwiches is fresh made. It had that homemade bread texture outside crunch inside softness. Unbelievable highly recommend it if you are looking for the best sandwich you’re going to find in the area .
Pizza a little greasy for me personally but the flavors are great. The sauce is nice it’s not overly acidic and it’s not overly sweet. It’s about the perfect balance you want in a pizza sauce and they don’t skimp on the cheese. Other cheese is delicious. I would probably honestly order it again but the not just the edge but like the underneath is all greasy and it’s just too much for my stomach to handle honestly, everybody else in the house loves it.
Mozzarella sticks are average exactly what you’d expect from any other place that you order from they arrived hot fresh crispy on the outside, melted cheese on the inside. Nothing overly exciting but not disappointing either.

This steak cheese sub that’s was 8.99 on the menu seemed to have become 18 dollars delivered I’m good with paying for delivery but when I opened the sub to eat it it had one piece of meat no cheese a head of lettuce too many onions and smoothed in mayo… sorry but they are doing people wrong false advertisement as well as going to make someone sick because the meat didn’t look good at all .. beware when you order from the 7 th st location.. they obviously do not want repeat customers.

Just received my delivery order and wow was I impressed!! Food was piping hot! The cheese from a jalapeno popper burnt my hand! I’ve never received delivered food so hot and fresh. Everything was excellent and delicious. Delivery was super fast and took me by surprise. This was my first time eating Napolis and I was beyond thrilled.

This was my first time ordering. I ordered spaghetti and meatballs late in the evening. As a cook myself, I should have known better. I can tell the sauce has been in the steam table for awhile. Very thick and kind of spicy, almost like tomato paste, very rich. I should have ordered something fresh, like a sub. But I eat a lot of sandwiches and I wanted something different. The girl on the phone was very helpful and found a prior account from my sister so I could pay cash. It came very quickly, which was good. But I paid 20$ for a single serving with garlic bread, with tip, and after a few bites, I don’t think I can eat it. Nope. I took like 4 or 5 bites, and I have the worst indigestion! That was bad. I don’t think I will be able to eat spaghetti for awhile.
After a whole day passing I can honestly say I will never order from this Napoli’s again. My stomach has been sick, I’ve been grossed out, and now I’m having intestinal issues. It could just be that the pasta sauce, lol, and meatballs didn’t agree with me. But I’m not going to chance it.

Called in our order for pick up and was told it would be ready in 20-25 minutes. I got there 25 minutes later and the only guy working walked out the back door, sat down and started smoking a cigarette. After waiting for 10 minutes at the register it was obvious he had no interest in waiting on me so I called back to have the order moved to another location. Maybe the help wanted sign should have been a clue but l will never order from this location again.

Tried this pizza as delivery during a work trip in the area. Delivery staff was friendly and on-time. The pizza itself was somewhat hot but the sauce was a bit acidic and pizza was greasy. I found it ok pizza overall because of the sauce and grease. With that said I would still suggest trying them as I have family and friends that love pizza a little more greasy and acidic like my experience. I will try them again on a future visit to the area to see if same experience.

Ordered delivery for a personal pizza, breadsticks,and a sandwich. It took an hour to arrive and when we called to check where it was we were corrected saying “it’s actually only been 51 minutes”. When the food arrived they did not include sauce for the breadsticks and forgot to put ranch on the sandwich the steak on the sandwich was also burnt so not only did they mess up parts of the order they were rude and sarcastic.
