Went here with my husband on a Friday night, and thankfully it was nearly empty when we went (usually it is packed out!)
I enjoyed some delicious Chicken Alfredo pasta and my husband tried the Chicken Alla Marsala which was absolutely delicious!
We also had the pleasure of consuming their homemade Ceasar Salad and Cannoli & Sicilian Wedding cake! Everything was cooked to perfection!!
I absolutely recommend you try this place for authentic mom and pop Italian cuisine! You will not regret it!

This place had a nice, quiet atmosphere and friendly, professional staff. The food was pretty good. I tried something new that I heard of before but I think I should have stuck to something more traditional. It was prepared just fine but my palette doesn’t run to mixing Alfredo and tomato sauce together. My friend absolutely loved everything she ordered. Including the hot water (it was negative temperatures outside and we had spent time outdoors).

I wish I could give a better rating. The garlic bread was basically a piece of bread with cheese, and it wasn’t very cheesy (cheesy pull) at all it solidified pretty quickly upon arrival. The pizza was made how we requested, but again the cheese was an issue, and the crust had very little flavor and was hard and crunchy (and this was not thin crust). Overall, I don’t think we’ll be ordering from here again.
One positive is that I was able to pay with a card over the phone, which was convenient, though online payment is not available with card it only gives the option to say you’ll pay with cash upon delivery.

Giovanni was knowledgeable and quick to offer excellent options for our dietary restrictions. The food was the best Italian we’ve had, possibly ever. The kids enjoyed the Chicago Deep Dish for the first time and Hubby’s Sicilian Spaghetti was fresh and bright. To entertain the kids, they were taken to the kitchen and given dough balls to play with while they waited, which made the time pass quickly.

This is truly a 5 star experience. The staff is warm and engaging. It’s a nice little Italian restaurant. I absolutely love it.

Absolutely love this place. The building is low-key and not over the top signage or advertisement and absolutely matches the atmosphere as the interior very well designed to make it feel homie but classic. The food was wonderful (get the gnocchi) and the service was super friendly.

Upon arriving for our reservation, an employee kindly asked us to wait a moment while they checked on seating. Almost immediately, Vincenza—the owners’ daughter—greeted us with a warm smile. She explained it would be just a few minutes and offered us a drink while we waited. Confidently declaring that she makes the best Old Fashioned, she quickly returned with our cocktails, which were excellent. Her friendliness and attentiveness set the tone for the evening.
We were seated promptly and introduced to our waitress, Mary, who was equally welcoming. Vincenza stopped by our table again, happily answering our questions about the menu and sharing her recommendations. She spoke passionately about the restaurant’s history and their commitment to sourcing fresh, local ingredients. It was clear she cared deeply about every guest, creating an atmosphere that felt more like being welcomed into someone’s home than dining out.
Later, Simone, the owner, visited our table to ensure everything was to our liking. His warmth mirrored his daughter’s, reinforcing the family’s genuine hospitality. Our meals were outstanding—beautifully prepared, flavorful, and comforting. The cozy, relaxed ambiance paired perfectly with the impeccable service.
