We stopped in last week for the first time and our only regret was not eating here sooner! We pass the restaurant all the time when going to Walmart, but kept forgetting to try it. It’s a nice little cozy authentic italian restaurant, and the staff were very attentive and friendly. My husband and I both got the salad for the side, but my husband opted for the garlic knots rather than bread that also came with it. I figured it would be a small portion, but it was huge! We had to bring a good deal of it home. It was SO delicious.
I got the ravioli with tomato sauce, and my husband got the gnocchi with meatball sauce, and chicken strips with their signature sauce. My ravioli was to die for! The ricotta was so thick and fluffy, the pasta itself was also thick, and the sauce wasn’t heavy or had that vinegar taste to it. Overall, it was one of the best ravioli dishes I’ve ever had. I could eat the ricotta by itself honestly! My husband enjoyed the chicken strips and said the sauce had a buffalo type flavor. He loved the gnocchi and said it was so filling we had to take some of it home (which is a rarety!)
Even though Baden is a little ways away from us, we’ll definitely be coming more often. (Especially for those garlic knots!)

Wow. I haven’t been here in a while and something major has changed. Quality. I got 2 large pizzas and an appetizer sampler for my family. The sampler used to be full of goodness, now there were literally 8 fries, 4 onion rings, and a few more things but it was all soggy and gross. One of the pizzas I got was to be pepperoni and sausage, but that’s not any sausage I’ve ever seen and it tastes like spicy grease. The other pizza was just pepperoni with hardly any cheese at all. The crust is great but otherwise, this entire order was a fail. Also I’m 99% sure I was overcharged to begin with. Paid $51 and am extremely disappointed. Wish I could have a refund. Seriously never expected this. Used to be my favorite 🙁

I haven’t eaten here in a couple of years and happen to be in the area so we stopped. What a wonderful meal at a great price! The sauce for the spaghetti and meatballs was delicious! My calzone was cooked perfectly and the dough was the best! The bread was also warm when they brought it out. The waitress also did a great job, which is greatly appreciated! This is definitely a small business that needs support that has wonderful food and people!

Moved into Conway about a year ago, me and my girlfriend love pizza, we try it anywhere and everywhere!
We’ve tried most pizza places within in 40mins of Conway…..Napoli is hands down the best pizza around from regular pepperoni to the garlic Romano! NY style pizza with the best flavor. Even met the owner, right at close. Nice guy, he was personally scrubbing the floors and counters with an employee as we spoke! Would recommend this place to anyone!

Normally this pizza is very good and I’ve ordered from here so many times over the years. I got my pizza today and it was folded on itself. I know the girl who rang me out put my pizza on top of the oven. My guess is that they put it up there to keep it warm and she was too short to reach the top of the oven and it slid to one side of the box. I’m sure she knew that because she did the same thing when she went to hand me the pizza. She couldn’t have been more than 5 foot tall if that. My pizza was edible but a mess because of it separating between slices and the cheese melted to the box…….I was too tired and hungry to wait for another one

We enjoyed the garlic knots. These were cut up into different pieces with Parmesan sprinkled over top and garlic drizzled all around the plate. Our waitress suggested marinara sauce or ranch dressing to dip the knots in, so we chose mariana. This sauce was delicious.
We ordered an Italian hoagie. We thought the hoagie was good.
We also ordered a silician pizza with pepperoni and mushrooms. The crust was incredible. There was enough sauce and cheese ratio. The sauce was very tasty. Plenty of toppings.
We will be back again.

Had dinner here tonight after XC. The food was so fresh and so good, plus we got a great deal with the tuesday specials! The service was A++, they were very personable and went above and beyond to make sure we enjoyed ourselves! The lasagna was so cheesey and delicious, the alfredo was amazing too, the sauce was perfect! The pizza had so much flavor! We were so stuffed and had so much food! Have been here for a quick lunch but will absolutely be eating dinner here again soon!
EDIT: We ate here again the other night and we are becoming regulars! Everything was delicious and service was great! Plus added some overdue photos!

This place has great tasting pizza. But tonight the middle of our pizza was really soggy and fell apart as we pulled a slice from the box. Also there is this real young cashier/waitress in there that messes up my order every time. I dread her taking my order when I hear her answer the phone. We do pick up orders and there are things missing and being overcharged and undercharged for things. She has no idea what she’s doing in there. Kind of annoying I always have to call back and make another staff read my order back to me and make sure I was charged correctly and there’s a mistake everytime. And nobody even apologizes for it. One time I had to drive all the way back there for a lousy side salad that they forgot, they just threw it in a bag and tossed it to me not even apologizing for their mistake. Very poor customer service but good tasting food. Such a shame. Maybe dining in would have a better experience.
