We were so glad that this Napoli location was open on Christmas Day. It came in handy! It was our first time trying Napoli and we are so glad we did! We got the cheese and pepperoni pizza and both were so delicious. The bread is so soft while being crispy on the ends and the pizza is similar to a New York style pizza! Thin and delicious. Delivery was fast too.

I ordered the deal they have $32 1 large pizza one topping and 20 chicken wings.
May i say the other l9xatuons have it for $25.99.
We waited for it for 50 minutes . The place was not busy there was nobody eating there . And just a few pick ups. But to were it would take 50 minutes to get a pizza.. tge pizza was ready it sat there for a few minutes at least 5 before she got it and gave it to us. When we got it the pizza was hot but not that hot Like to were i couldnt bite it. And it looked more done on one side than the other . The wings had to much of the lemon pepper on them . To were they were sour.
Not coming back to this napoli any more . The other napoli pizzerias are awesome .

I’ve tried this location 2 times and will not be going back again. I ordered my usual for any Napolis I go to. This is obviously not associated with the other 3 in town as it has its own website separate from this one (which isn’t even functionable)
Mexican pizza, extra chorizo, well done & light sauce. Nothing crazy and yet both times I’ve had to wait like twice as long for my food than they say (and they weren’t even busy) and there’s absolutely no chorizo on it either time yet I got charged both times. When you call the lady answering the phone is rude, doesn’t give you time to talk before instantly putting you on hold and I’ve had to repeat myself in every aspect of the order from my name, to each part of my order to my phone number.
So either they don’t know what chorizo is or their portion is extra small which adding double should be noticeable. Even the other items are kinda skimpy like onions & cilantro. The only thing on there with a decent amount of items was the pepperoni.
I actually had to go home cook up some chorizo and added it to it even if it was on there this wouldn’t be considered extra.

I ordered on doordash. It says the 30′ and 24′ “includes” specific toppings. When I went to pick the pizzas up, it was only cheese pizzas. I asked why there weren’t any toppings. The cashier said “you didnt select any in the order.” I said “included means it comes with the toppings that are listed”. She said i understand it says included but you must pay $6 each topping.” I said why do you say included on the website if we must pay for them. I wouldn’t have paid $100 for the pizza if I knew the toppings were not really included.” I asked for a refund and returned the pizzas. The cashier said she would have to wait the next day to process my refund. I still have not received my refund. I do not recommend anyone to support this location specifically on Simmons and Craig in North Las Vegas.

I tried there chicken buffalo and meat pizza my favorite was the buffalo chicken the meats was ok but the bread and sauce and cheese on pizza is good soft and flaky my mom had a chicken alfredo she said was good with large portions

I called and asked how long it would be on Super Bowl Sunday for a pick up of 2 pizzas. I was told it would be one hour to one and a half hours. I placed my order at 1:45pm. My son went there at 3:15pm and he was charged and told the pizza would be done in a few minutes as it was still in the oven. At 4:05pm when he asked for the 3rd time how much longer it would be, he was then told that they had not even started it and now would not be able to make it. They had 3 hours to determine whether or not they could make it. I have never had service this horrible. I will never order from them again. I have a household of hungry people. Funny, I called Rosatti’s and my order will be ready within a half hour. Don’t order from Napoli, they charge you for things they don’t give you and they lie. Such horrible service.

Christmas Day rolled around and I found myself alone and with no desire to cook, to it’s off to eat we go, issue is EVERYONE is closed on Christmas. But not this man, this man is in the back slaving away on the oven. Making sure people like me have an awesome present for Christmas day.
I would have never seen this place to be honest but Christmas led me here and their skill with the grill earned them a repeat customer. This meat lovers pizza is so astonishing, it’s legitimately probably the best pizza I’ve ever had.

It was a pleasant surprise the woman who was in the front was so nice and accommodating really a lovely personality, we got a veggie pizza a cannioli to go it was delicious! I’m definitely going back to my Napoli on Craig

Ordered a pizza 3 hours ago through delivery never got it. I called for an update, was left on hold for 15 minutes till the call just ended. I’ve ordered from here before and the food was great but never ordering from here again after this. They also put the Uber Eats delivery person through hell all for 1 pizza wings and tenders.
