The inside is modern and clean. The food is excellent. I had a chicken wing calzone. Most notable was it wasn’t dripping with a greasy texture. I am told that means high quality cheese. I just know I liked it a lot. This is our new favorite pizza place. We also had medium buffalo wings. Also excellent.

Tried two pizzas and two different wings and everything was good! Really enjoyed their cheese pizza, nice crisp on the crust. We got the grandmas sheet pizza which was also good, enjoyed reheated the next day with a little crisp to it. Next time we will do this one on a thin crust, circle pie. Had mild buffalo wings, which were very good and the garlic butter ones were also tasty. Overall very pleased and we will be back

Napoli Pizzeria is a true gem of a restaurant. The owner was making the food and talked to us about the history of his restaurants and was genuinely awesome. I felt like I was talking to a family member.
The food was delicious and the portions are huge. I had lunch for the next day. The chicken wing calzone was as big as my head and had fresh ingredients, was piping hot even after the 10 minute ride home, and was perfect in every way. It had the right amount of cheese, chicken, and sauce. All of the food was cooked to the best color and crispiness that I would expect, perfect in every way.
The pizza had the right amount of sauce and cheese and was delicious as well. The garlic bread was also very good, not too garlicky and had plenty of cheese. Napoli Pizzeria is a must stop if you want delectable food at a very good price with a side of family atmosphere that you can’t get in most places. The owner’s staff was dealing with some point of sale issues from previous customers but the courtesy and professionalism from the owner and staff were out of this world. We have found a new favorite pizzeria and it is conveniently located right on Taft Road in North Syracuse near Cannon Pools.
Thank you Napoli Pizzeria for a fantastic meal. The area restaurants could learn a lot from you in way of customer service and food stardom. 5 stars all around!!

I don’t usually write food reviews, BUT this place deserves praise. I have gotten pizza/wings at least 5 times and EVERY single time its been fantastic. Quoted time is always reasonable and food is always hot. Just an overall wonderful spot and its now our “go to” when we want great pizza.

Napoli was great! I had the Chicken Parm pizza – that was an excellent choice. Excellent and ingredients and a master artisan making authentic NY style pizza. I took my pizza to go but they have a nice dining room to eat in as well. If you want authentic NY pizza, get on over to Napoli!

Stopped in late last week on what we believe was their opening day, great food, service and atmosphere. The food was delicious, and the service was great too.
A true NY style, with a great crust, not soaked in grease. The pizza looked so good, I couldn’t resist before taking the photo! The wings were excellent, and not drenched in sauce like other local joints love to do.
Being right around the corner, this will be our go to pizza joint now!

Stopped in on a whim before closing and really happy we did! Just took our first bites moments ago. The chicken wing pizza is excellent; flavorful with a crispy undercarriage. The marinara sauce for the garlic knots stands out as well from those we’ve had.

Moved to the area recently and tried out Napoli Pizzeria via Uber eats (convenient while moving in). Both times, the food has been great so far, so I could only imagine how much better it would be fresh out the oven sitting down. Next time, I’lldefinitely dine in.
I did have a slight hiccup today with one of the ingredients, but I notified the staff and the lady I spoke with over the phone was super humble and respectable. I will definitely add this as a staple to my dine-in spots and I highly encourage anyone else to give this place a go (especially if you’re a pasta lover, it was cooked to perfection!) – when I go next, I’ll try their pizza.
