We were so disappointed after circling around Springfield and not getting any real restaurants. We decided to try Napoli for a pizza or a sub. We walked in and ordered a steak lovers calzone, fries and cheese fries and they all were amazing.
We asked for fries first because we hadn’t eaten all day and we enjoyed both the fries and the calzone was cheesy (the way we like it without asking for extra cheese) and flavorful! The owner made us feel at home and we will definitely be returning.

Was getting my daughter a calzone for her birthday and one for my grandson and one for my granddaughter. This place use to be very good years ago going back 20 years ago the problem is the owner wants to cut corners to to save money instead of using his original recipe and higher quality food. I ordered food and spent almost 200 dollars and the food was not great I will stick to MJs. Cheaper and higher quality food. If you want your customers back just keep your food higher quality trust me you would earn so much more

Don’t order from here if you have dietary restrictions!!!! Not only did they not deliver an ENTIRE meal item we ordered (gyro), so I literally didn’t have a meal, but we ordered potato skins without meat because my fiancé is a vegetarian for over 20 years and there was bacon allllll over them. If they just refunded it like the gyro then I wouldn’t be writing this review, but when we sent pictures to Support and tried to reason with them, they kept insisting that there had been no meat on the potato skins. We tried to continue to escalate it and then were told that the MANAGER swore UP AND DOWN that there was “definitely” no meat on them when they went out the door because he/she laid eyes on them him or herself. This is clearly incorrect, as seen in these pictures and the lack of accountability and blatant lying to our faces over and over again was extremely annoying, rude, disrespectful, unprofessional, and a waste of our time and money for this overpriced food that didn’t even come or was incorrect and inedible for us due to dietary restrictions which are NON-NEGOTIABLE, which should go without saying

The food here is truly high quality! Not many restaurant that one goes to where every thing you try really tastes good but here everything really was phenomenons. One of few truly nice restaurants in Springfield area. I only wish they had more veggie options.

Don’t bother looking at any of their pictures. Ordered a buffalo chicken pizza cuz the picture looked what it should be. Chicken marinade in buffalo sauce with buffalo sauce on top of the crust with cheese on top of everything like a normal buffalo chicken pizza should be and all they gave us was a cheese pizza with some buffalo chicken on top and charged us a specialty Pizza price you don’t put red sauce on a buffalo chicken pizza and you don’t advertise your pizzas to look a certain way and then give you a hot mess. This place could be great but the false advertisement is unreal My mom got their stuffed shells dinner and it’s a frozen stuffed shell from some restaurant provider with a not great sauce and cheese and it was oily on top overall bad experience. Extremely disappointed The only highlight of the place I could say is they’re open 7 days a week. Other than that it’s not worth the money the time. Don’t be fooled like I was spend your money somewhere else

Ordered chicken parm dinner. What I got was breaded chicken strips lathered in a generic, non flavorful mozzarella stick dipping sauce, not a true pasta sauce. Haven’t been here in 5+ years and safe to say we won’t be back.

The place is absolutely disgusting. I’ve never had worse pasta. I understand that most people get pizza here, but I ordered pasta for my family and I. The pasta was not cooked. No sauce barely. If you were looking for pasta or pizza do not buy from this place. The manager was on the phone. I’m not a Karen lmao. Do not get this place I promise
