I thoroughly enjoyed my experience at this restaurant! The food was so good! I had the gnocchi and it was so so good. I had literally gotten back from Italy the day before, and I felt like I was right back in Florence! The garlic knots are also a must! Got my food to-go, so I can’t comment on the atmosphere, but I enjoyed what I did experience and the guy who took my order was especially kind. I definitely recommend!!

I had a fantastic experience at Napoli Italian Restaurant & Pizza, it truly exceeded expectations in every way. The moment I walked in, the staff made me feel welcome, and the restaurant itself was spotless, warm, and inviting.
I ordered the Buffalo Chicken Pizza, and it was one of the best I’ve had the crust was just the right amount of crisp, and the toppings had that perfect balance of heat and flavor. I finished with the Chocolate Cannoli, and it was absolutely delicious, fresh, creamy, and beautifully presented.
One of the standout features of Napoli is their outdoor dining area. It’s quiet, well-kept, and the gentle sound of the fountain makes it a relaxing place to enjoy a meal, especially in nice weather. Whether you’re dining solo or with a group, the atmosphere feels just right.
I also appreciate that the restaurant is wheelchair accessible, which makes it an inclusive and thoughtful space for all guests.
If you’re in the Vestavia Hills area and craving quality Italian food with great service and a peaceful ambiance, I highly recommend giving Napoli a try.

We enjoyed such an amazing meal today at Napoli’s! We had wine, appetizers, entrees, and desserts, and EVERYTHING was so delicious and authentic tasting. Owner was also very nice and made the service great. The presentation of each dish was arranged beautifully. We sat in the more “casual” section of the restaurant, and I could see how hard the owner works in the kitchen from our table. He is quite impressive with how he manages so much flawlessly. We highly recommend. And we cannot wait to come back again!

The food is good. No doubt. But $15 for a single cannoli is highway robbery. That’s outrageous for a place like this. $7.99 sure. $9 MAYBE.

I got takeout pizza from Napoli tonight! The pizza was amazing and the wait was short. While waiting I noticed, how all the tables were set and looked perfect! They have a small bar where you can have a glass of wine while you wait. They had great old school Sinatra music playing in the background. I plan to go back soon to dine in!!

Napoli Italian Restaurant & Pizza is a hidden gem in Vestavia Hills, hidden between Hoover and Mountain Brook. I visited Napoli with a few friends for dinner. We tried the garlic knots for appetizers which were a bop! They were so delish, I could literally live off of them. The pasta dishes were all hits. I usually don’t clean plates but I couldn’t resist, I had the chicken fettuccine pesto and it was quite literally heaven on earth. I wish I had ordered another serving g of garlic knots to eat with the pasta bc that would just be over the stars delish.
The prospect of going back to Napoli is living rent free. The food was fooding, everyone loved the food, service, and the overall dining experience. We all said we would come back and we believe Napoli is better than MANY other Italian restaurants in the area.

Had high hopes but was disappointed. Service was super slow even though we were the only people in there. Had to wait a long time for drink refills and ask. My baked ziti had a good flavor but had little pasta and was mostly cheese. My friend’s Marsala was too salty but my other friend like the pizza. It is overpriced for what you get. The ambiance was nice but it was warm inside.

Restaurant has an appealing interior, but was HOT; fans were on, but the a/c didn’t seem to be. Food was very good; manicotti, pizza, lobster ravioli and canoli were all very good. Owner is “hands on” and was easily accessible. Price was a little higher than expected; $180 including 2 beers (which were room temp, so the refrigerator definitely needs to be adjusted) and tip. We’ll be back.

A little on the expensive side but worth it. Great Italian fine dining. Traditional dishes made to perfection. Wonderful wine list and attentive service.

Extremely understaffed. We ordered, waited an hour, and never got our food.
Decided to finally leave after we realized we hadn’t spoken to the waitress in over 40 min.
We ended up going to the Publix across the street to get their frozen pizza. We went with Di Giorno stuffed crust. Would definitely recommend that pizza over this joint.
