Shrimp scampi a fail, baked spaghetti fail, usually the burgers are satisfying but last night a fail. 6 burnt onion rings & a “side salad “. I usually recommend them to others but our most recent orders (2) and feedback from a relative I may not be able to anymore. I truly hope you guys bounce back.

This place is great! Owner & Manager are extremely friendly and you can tell they truly cares about what they do! The food is great as well! Restaurant could use some remodeling, but that’s the only thing partially negative about this place. Started going there at least once a week, if not more!

Hole in the wall, but their penne alla vodka is some of the best I’ve ever had. My 9u son loves their pizza and my mom enjoyed the Philly Cheese Steak. Restaurant is clean, tea is good, staff friendly and overall a fantastic value.

Horrible! I got the chicken gyros with pasta salad and my husband got the steak and cheese. He said it was the worst steak and cheese he had eaten as the meat had a “sour” taste to it. The gyros was a joke. The tzatziki sauce had no dill or cucumber, tasted more like sour cream and the pasta salad had zero flavor. It was like they had over boiled some pasta, didn’t drain it well, threw in some diced tomatoes and sprinkled with cheap canned parmasean. The restaurant itself was nasty. My arms would peel off the sticky clammy tables every time I’d raise my sandwich to take a bite. Not able to finish our food we went up to the register where a dried out scabby slice of pizza sat on a no longer spinning food carousel in a glass case under a burnt out food warming bulb. We got sick that night… Was it the food? We don’t know, but we do know we won’t be going back

I have been going to Napoli’s for many months since I have been in the Chester area.. I have seen the quality of the food decrease substantially.. just got the chicken marsala today w/veil the chicken is a dark grey color and everything is extremely bland and sitting in a weird soup/gloup in the bottom of the fish.. very unappetizing..
