Came in to order. Waited 1 hr and a half. Heard her bag up the order.. just for me to get in the car and notice my food was cold. Looks good but Alfredo was mediocre.. I’ve had better from a prego jar. Broccoli overcooked (very mushy). The hotdog bun for the bread was amusing.

I have gotten the salmon Alfredo on many occasion. Apparently there is a different cook back there. It has never tasted this bad. The salmon was nice. But the pasta was watery and cheeseless. I’m disappointed and hurt. This is not the Napoleon reloaded salmon Alfredo that I’m accustomed to I gave it away

They don’t know how to process refunds which is bad for anyone who calls themselves running a legitimate business. I placed and was charged for an order placed through the Toast app. I received a pickup time for 2:52 pm. Upon arriving I find out that the place isn’t even open. I reached out to the location and they say Toast has to issue the refund and Toast says it’s the merchants responsibility to issue the refund. I call them (Napoleon Reloaded) again. They then tell me I have to reach out to Door Dash when the order wasn’t placed through them at all. This place clearly doesn’t know how to run a business nor do they care about the consumers experience with them in the least. My final advice from them was to my reach out to my bank bc they don’t know what to tell me. The owner wouldn’t even get on the phone with me, but could be heard saying he’s done dealing with it. Don’t order anything from here.

Food is great. Service is horrible!! Literally waited 2 hours for 4 eggs rolls with fries and two sides TO GO! Was told 35 minutes when placing my order. If they can’t handle the influx of orders then either pick DOORDASH or TOGI but it’s very evident that they cannot handle both. Doordashers arriving to pick up food and waiting an additional 30 minutes. Bartender has a nasty attitude and can’t give a clear answer on when any food will actually be ready. You’re better off cooking at home or going to another place. Not to mention it was $40.

I went to the location, because the website said they were open, I even called while I was sitting in the parking lot, and there was no answer. The place was closed. I was so disappointed because I had just heard of this place and really wanted to try them. If they’re not open for business, or if their hours have changed, they should REALLY update their website to say so.
