Overall a good experience at Naoki Sushi.
The sushi is fresh and nicely presented, and some rolls are really well executed with good flavour balance. When it’s good, it’s very good.
We had two different bentos and they were both delicious and enough in quantity! We also tried the grilled skewers which were nicely glazed and well cooked, but slightly on the sweet side and a bit heavy after a few bites. For the price point, I would have appreciated a bit more depth or contrast in flavours.
The ambience is stylish and pleasant, making it a nice spot for a relaxed dinner, though during busy times it can feel a bit noisy. We went once for dinner and once for lunch.
Service was friendly, although it can be slightly slow if crowded. It’s literally the first time i see Chefs getting the food out quicker than the waiters
Well above the pricier range of sushi in Mauritius and they do have their gastronomy type of sushi which we haven’t tried yet.
In summary, it’s a nice restaurant with strong potential and good-quality sushi, considering it positions itself as a more premium dining experience. Worth trying, but with realistic expectations.

We tried Naoki Sushi & Grill and honestly, the food did not disappoint.
We started with the calamari, followed by Japanese fried rice and a California (caterpillar) roll.
Everything was super flavourful and the sushi tasted fresh and well-balanced.
Service was good too.
The only downside is the pricing — a bit on the expensive side.
If it were more affordable, this would definitely be a regular spot for us.

We had a great experience at Naoki. We came for sushi and ordered mostly California rolls, tempura, and salmon tartar. Everything was very fresh and delicious. The salmon in particular was very good quality. Portions were generous, and overall it was a really nice surprise. Prices are a bit high, but definitely worth it considering the quality and quantity in the plates. We will definitely come back

Overall very nice experience.. Loved the decor and the freshly made sushi ❤️❤️ abit pricey and no veg menu. However they were very kind to give me suggestions the price ov the sushi are affordable but abit over price for the rest of the menu except lamb shank its a proper one ☺️ i took a veg pasta and my sister chicken and mushroom pasta while checking the receipt after i saw that they charge both the same price.. So this needs to be amended or taken into consideration.. Overall recommended especially for sushi lovers

A very nice Japanese restaurant in Mauritius with excellent sushi and great food overall. We tried the chicken pasta with mushrooms, chicken yakitori, fish and sour, and the watermelon mojitos — everything tasted really good. A solid spot for tasty Japanese dishes!

The restaurant offers a classy and pleasantly inviting atmosphere, perfect for a relaxing meal. The service was impressively quick, and every dish we tried was full of flavor. We ordered one of their cooked sushi rolls, a bento box, and the breaded calamari — each beautifully presented and delicious in its own way. The combination of quality food, efficient service, and elegant ambiance makes this place one I’d definitely recommend.

I took the flame platter. I think it diverges way too much from what sushi really is. It was stuffed with so many items that I couldn’t really distinguish the flavors. I tried the curry leaves mocktail – well it was a good try but will not recommend. However the prawn starters were superb. The service was great.

The ‘Michelin Roll’ was the most unique sushi I’ve eaten. It was also one of the best one in terms of taste and presentation. Worth the name ‘Michelin’. If you want to get high quality and fresh shushi, this is the place.
However, please try to work on your price. I understand it’s high quality but you have to remain competitive as well. Try to reduce them a little. Especially the sushis.

Tried Naōki Sushi & Grill recently and honestly loved it.
The dumplings were excellent, and both our mains — Tiger Prawns and Lamb Shank — were totally worth it.
Beautiful décor, super polite staff, and great service overall.
Only thing missing for now: no vegetarian options and no alcohol yet, but definitely a place I’d go back to!

Food is really good. Service and atmosphere is excellent. Speciality is sushi and some grill. Service is fast but do reserve if you are going during weekends.
