They no longer serve sushi, which was the only reason I wanted to come here. Big blow.
I settled for vegetable hibachi on white rice and some pan seared gyoza, the food was quite good.
The tables were a bit sticky from lazy wipe downs. The lobby was quiet due to low patron count.
Food was brought out to us fresh and hot.
My wife got a chicken hibachi and they told her she couldn’t get it without vegetables, so I took those from her.
Prices seem a bit high for what’s essentially a fast food restaurant only working at half capacity.
The lady we talked to about pearl jam was really nice!

I was skeptical to eat here because of the reviews. Still gave it a chance of my own and I’m glad I did. The girl at the counter was super friendly helpful and had multiple recommendations. The food was at our table within 10 minutes & the girl who brought it out kept checking on us to see if we needed anything super attentive & yummy food. I’ll come back for sure! The sweet carrots were so yummy I shared with my husband and we were both full, good portions.

Ignore the reviews and take a chance! This place was amazing especially on a Saturday evening in pigeon Forge. The food was with us within 10 minutes, we ordered an appetizer and a meal! The calamari was just perfectly crunchy for me not drenched in oil at all in a perfect amount for an appetizer. The meal itself was perfect; the chicken was tender and seasoned, the fried rice was just perfect. It was not sticky or clumping together. The carrots were nicely cooked, not so mushy, but definitely not hard vegetables. The broccoli and zucchini was nicely cooked. It was not lumpy or drenched in seasoning that you couldn’t taste it, had his own flavor (perfect crunch). The meal with the shrimp had a perfectly balanced shrimp, onion, mushrooms that each one of them had a nice proportion to it.
Due to the previous reviews, we took a chance and stuck with the kids menu just to give it a chance, and so glad we did. It was wonderful!
Unfortunately, I can’t say anything about the atmosphere because I believe these bad reviews give the place a bad name, it was nice and quiet. I’m not a person who loves over crowdedness so this was perfect for a couple or a few friends to get together. Unfortunately, I think they took the sushi menu out due to lack of business (people). They had TV going with baseball on one screen and football and the other.

When we got to the place it was empty besides the two employees that were nice and the place super clean and well decorated. They didn’t mention that the Co2 was out and I paid for a coke but had to get sweet tea which wasn’t a big deal. They were not serving sushi due to low staff which was a little disappointing but I ordered the filet and chicken and my wife ordered shrimp hibachi and we both got vegetables and “fried rice”. We got our food really quick which was nice but my wife’s shrimp was over cooked and rubbery and my chicken was good but my steak was a little chewy but the veggies was good especially the sweet carrots. I just wish it was cooked with the zucchini and the sauce and that was our issue with the rice and for it being fried rice it was very soft. With more employees I feel like it would be better.

I was visiting from out of town and the food was good. The portions were wonderful. I had plenty leftover. The service was great. The wait felt standard for hibachi. Everyone was so nice and helpful.

We absolutely loved the staff here. We came in at about 8 and were greeted with two outstanding servers. You just don’t ever see that anymore! Food was great and good size portions. A little pricey $15 for a meal but we’ll worth it.

While this place is set up and operates much like a fast food establishment they do bring the food to your table. You do order and pay at the counter before you sit down. There is no way to add tips if you pay by credit card. The food is of the highest quality in the meat portions are larger than normal but are also reflected in the pricing. Good pricing for dinner a little expensive for lunch. Great selection of authentic wine and beer.

Never in my life been so disappointed. Food terrible. You have to prepay. I spent $ 93.00 for family. 5 shrimp and 3 oz of filet mignon and that’s not what it is.4 meals It’s not fried rice if I wanted San Francisco treat I would have went to San Francisco. I’m sure it would have been better . Don’t look at the pictures that is B’s as far as what you get . From what I understand they haven’t been open long and they should be closed soon . Tourist trap also . I took order back in and they didn’t even want to talk .

10/10 recommend! We stayed up in pigeon forge during a snow storm and Nao was one of the only places open. They were short staffed and exhausted but they were super friendly and the food was amazing! A woman working apologized for our wait but we were so thankful to get food so we didn’t mind at all!! Amazing food, you could tell it was fresh! Thank you to these awesome workers who worked during the storm! You all rock!
