The entire staff is excellent, but Ema’s smile made my day !! I haven’t dined at a more friendly and welcoming place than Nan’s in a very long time. I’m sure to go there whenever I’m in the area, but being from Western MA, it won’t be as often as I would like it to be. Thanks to everyone at Nan’s for your excellent service and wonderful food.

Little breakfast place with the most amazing breakfast and the nicest staff. I love eggs Benedict and there they are so delicious. It’s all about how the sauce is made and eggs cooked. We try going there for family breakfast every week. Definitely would recommend this place.

The food was delicious. The service was horrible we waited close to 20 mins to receive any kind of service she was too busy talking to 2 other customers. Then when she did come over she looked as if we were putting her out of her way. Maybe the pink dye was effecting her brain cell. She was just horrible the way we got treated.
