At the Lititz food truck festival on 5/19/24, order (1) order of the smash burgers and it took 45 minutes to get my burgers. I asked for plain burgers with pickles, and got no pickles after three people who ordered after me got their burgers first. Insisted that the orders weren’t mine. Finally got my burgers and it’s the worst looking and unseasoned burger I have ever had.

You will NOT find a burger in the entire state of Pennsylvania, nor other states I’ve visited that comes close to Nano Burger! The service is second to none, and it’s an absolutely awesome food experience…………However, you will crave the burgers and trying to find them might be a bit difficult. If you get a chance to experience this food truck , please do!

I recently had the pleasure of dining at Nano Burger Food Truck, and I can confidently say it was an incredible experience from start to finish! The food is absolutely amazing—each burger is cooked to perfection, with fresh ingredients that burst with flavor.
What truly stood out to me was the excellent customer service. The staff is not only friendly but incredibly attentive, making every customer feel valued and appreciated. The food truck itself is impeccably clean, which is always a plus in my book!
Despite the long lines, I can assure you that it is more than worth the wait! The deliciousness of the food and the commitment of their loyal customers speaks volumes about the quality and consistency of this place. We went to the food trucks and it was two workers in the truck the one worker she left for the day as the rush was starting and there was more people showing up.It was understaffed and they were very slow they were making one burger at a time and we asked how long it was gonna take and the worker said four people ahead of you and it ended up being 7 people ahead of us we needed to go back to work and they told us five people ahead we waited 50 mins after and than finally got are food we also ordered to go and they gave two of us no to go boxes at all because they said they didn’t have any and than they gave my other coworker and I to go boxes, they were very inconsiderate of peoples times and what they asked for and we didn’t appreciate it at all we all were very disappointed and they didn’t cook our food all the way through, the burgers were okay but the fries were raw and cold we didn’t appreciate it we will definitely not be recommending this to our friends we even told some people who were wondering it it would be good or not about the wait time and they weren’t happy either that it took up to 50 mins very understaffed and don’t recommend

This was at the Greenfield Concert on 7/25. Ordered the chopped fries with a bottle of water and left a tip – almost $16. Waited about an hour for this order to come through. We watched them fulfill about 1 order every 5-10 minutes. No way it should take that long to make some burgers and fries. We sat down for a bit and came back because we were missing the majority of the event. Eventually we come back, and the fries were the saddest dish of fries I’ve ever seen in my life.
This place is overpriced, EXTREMELY slow service for an event that isn’t that busy, and food was mediocre at best. If you’re considering getting food from this food truck, look elsewhere.
