Nanny’s Kitchen in Lake City for a Friday lunch. Great food, the owner and staff were both friendly and helpful. It really did feel like sitting down at the family table. Everything tasted fresh and had to wait just a minute for everything to cool down enough to actually eat. The portions were large and tasted great. We took enough home for another meal. Forgot to take a picture of the dessert that came with it. Two fish plates with dessert plus drinks was $28. Definitely worth the cost and if you don’t live close, driving out there. They have daily lunch specials and can do dine-in or take out and even delivery ( no idea what the boundaries are for that).
