We came to celebrate my mothers birthday – Excellent experience from the delicious food to the stellar service. Nelson and Carlos made us feel right at home. Would have taken more food pics, but it was so good we dug right in. Great old school atmosphere. We can’t wait to go back!

My experience at this establishment was deeply disappointing and reflective of poor management practices rather than an isolated misunderstanding. According to the restaurant’s publicly listed hours, Nanni Ristorante advertises that it is open until 9:00 PM. Relying on this information, I made an online reservation for 7:00 PM. To ensure accuracy, I later called the restaurant to confirm both the reservation and the time. During that call, I was informed that 7:00 PM was no longer acceptable, but that 6:30 PM would be accommodated instead.
We arrived promptly at 6:35 PM, only to be told upon arrival that the kitchen was closed because the staff was “tired.” This explanation is not only unprofessional but also unacceptable for a business that had confirmed a reservation moments earlier. If the restaurant chose to operate on reduced hours due to the Christmas holiday, this should have been clearly communicated online and over the phone, rather than placing the burden of misinformation on the customer.
To compound the issue, the valet attendant had the audacity to request a tip despite the fact that the vehicle was never parked or moved in any capacity. This interaction further reinforced the lack of professionalism and customer awareness displayed throughout the evening.
Restaurants are judged not solely on cuisine, but on reliability, communication, and respect for their patrons’ time. Unfortunately, Nanni Ristorante failed in all three respects. When customers make reservations in good faith and confirm them directly with staff, they should not be turned away due to internal mismanagement. This experience suggests a fundamental disconnect between advertised operations and actual service delivery.
I cannot recommend this establishment to diners who value professionalism, transparency, or basic customer respect.

We celebrated my father-in-laws 100th birthday at Nanni’s where he has enjoyed meals for over 30 years! We had a fixed menu with plenty of options since 30 people were attending. Food and service were great! Thank you Manny for a wonderful and memorable evening!

We were passing through on our way back home and stopped in for Dinner. The staff was very efficient and helpful, Food was incredible, great flavors, good quantity, served hot and fresh and the entire meal was just perfect. First time ever that a restaurant acknowledge the comment on our reservation about this being an Anniversary Celebration. We were full from all the food and had ordered dessert to take back to the hotel. However the Owner and staff still came over with some ice cream with a candle, sang for us and congratulated us on our Anniversary. Thank you for a great dining experience.

Most delicious Italian eating you’ll find. Loved everything from the vodka penne to the salad and chicken Parmesan. Wine was great and generously refilled, started bread was nicely toasted, and dessert ice-cream roll perfect with some tea.
