Tucked inside a mall complex, this cozy spot specializes in Nanjing-style duck dishes, from noodle soups to traditional cold plates. We ordered the duck innards noodle soup, duck blood vermicelli, and salted duck—all deeply flavorful and true to their roots. The duck liver and gizzard added richness, though the intensity began to weigh a bit heavy toward the end.

Service was prompt and accommodating—the server even brought out a salty dipping sauce for the duck upon request. The only quibble was with the pricing: while costs everywhere have crept up, a simple soy sauce noodle soup at $13 felt a touch steep. Still, the cooking holds its ground with authenticity and care, making this a worthy stop for anyone craving the tastes of Nanjing.

Really authentic Nanjing food! Highly recommend roasted duck(烤鸭) and sweet lotus root with sticky rice (糖藕).

You can choose to dine in or take out. They have a small number of tables available for dine-in.

Came here for a Tur-duck thanksgiving…… just joking. Haven’t tried the duck for 5 years. The duck is worth trying. The soup tastes good, but it will be better if they add more duck blood. While, we cannot ask too much, right? Haven’t tried the other items on their menu yet. Will adjust my rating if I have the chance to drive 40 miles down here again. By the way, the service is very good, always with smile. You can use credit card so no need to bring cash.

The broth is overwhelmingly peppery, and you have to ask for salt and chicken essence, plus the duck liver doesn’t taste fresh. I’m not sure if this is how an authentic duck blood vermicelli soup is supposed to be.

Extra star for good service.

I like the duck head and wings but not my mom. Had to admit it’s a little overly salty, but fits my weird craving sometimes, so I’ll come back again.

Tried the vermicelli soup, dumplings, and shumai. Both dumpling and shumai are too fatty to my taste(too much lard). It’s interesting using sticky rice as filling in shumai and the flavor is good, worth to try if you like a super carb-bomb. (I do Ha). Like the vermicelli soup too. The liver is too much for my taste (too gamey) but everything else tastes good. Soup is a bit too salty to my mom.

The sever is always nice. Too bad the location is semi open so it’s too hot during summer time, so only to-go so far. I do like they don’t charge tax on frozen food which is how it should be. Will come back again.

As a native of Nanjing, I have to say that the salted duck, soup bun and siu mai are so authentic.

Their attitude is very unpleasant. The boss is an especially harsh old lady who keeps shouting at my child, telling my child not to go near their broken glass. Their glass has been broken for a long time, posing a serious safety hazard. The first time she screamed at my child about the broken glass, we appreciated her reminder, but suddenly, she started shouting very loudly at my child. My child did nothing wrong, just standing near that broken glass cabinet. She is definitely maliciously shouting at my child, and her heart is very wicked. Their food tastes pretty mediocre, but the prices are through the roof. And let me tell you, the place is a real dump – the floors are all sticky and gross. I hope the Health Department pays them a visit soon!
