Our son and daughter-in-law were married this past October in beautiful Buena Vista, Colorado. We contacted Amy to cater the event, and she did an amazing job! We had 150 hungry people! Amy set up her food truck right on site – and prepared a fantastic meal. She had a crew of folks there to help keep food, dishes and plates moving – and Amy provided a stress free meal on time and on budget! If you have an event, and you are looking for great food and great service – you need to call Amy! (Oh, and her sweet potato dish was to die for! We had a lot of people asking us to get her recipe!) Thanks Amy for a wonderful meal and for going the extra mile to help ensure success!
