Went to the Osceola county fair last night and was pleasantly surprised to find an authentic Puertorican food truck. The staff was so inviting! I was hesitant to order an alcapurria as sometimes they can be a bit acidic however the young lady told me to give theirs a try and boy was she right! Their alcapurria was amazing! Cooked perfectly, great texture and really great flavor! We topped it off with an order of their pastel with fresh cut potato fries and pulled pork. Amazing fresh food from the cleanest truck there!!! It was a great experience and we highly recommend!!! If you see them make sure to order you will not be disappointed!
