Food was very good, however, they are severely understaffed. They served half of our food quickly but the other half after 25 more minutes. When asked them if they can replace the cold food they just told they can’t.

The most horrible peri peri chicken and service I’ve ever had . They served me uncooked chicken twice in the same order. I told u well done chicken, u messed that up. Cone back inside tell u. U cook it again wow go to car check food it’s bleeding now I’m late back off lunch and I’m still hungry. Claim to give refund but didn’t receive it. Never going back horrible service. Whoever was on duty today at 830pm needs to be fired.

My wife and I had a terrible experience. The food only came out partially. My order was missing its brussel sprouts and he order was missing its cauliflower. After about ten minutes I went to the front to let them know. The response was odd only three of us and we are busy. My wife’s gross that came with her chicken sandwich looked liked they were fried 3 times to warm them back up. Our other sides didn’t come until we were done eating and about to leave. All we got was an apology.

Great food and decent service. 2 of our dishes we ordered we had to substitute for something else because they were out of coleslaw to put on the chicken sandwhich. They should have realized this before we paid for our order and they didn’t offer a price adjustment considering the substitution was a few bucks cheaper. Overall, the staff was really nice and I would eat there again.

Nando’s in Chicago is a treat! This one is a beautifully laid out and spacious. The staff was helpful and friendly, they even helped me with an unusual request. The food was fantastic, fries was perfect and the chicken mouthwatering. Make sure to try it out!

Impeccable service Manager Nicole was gracious and through. Server Malik was spot on with his superb attentive service ALL entrees order were well presented and warm. The entrees were in a word delicious, in a few more words “make you slap your Mama. This location in Hyde Park stands heads and shoulders above thier Streeterville location on Ontario thier is simply no comparison This location will always be my go to choice. Ambience was off the chart all the staff were jovial professional and attentive. Looking forward to my return visit.

So it’s 7-31-2023 @ 7:36 pm, I don’t know what the deal is but they just can’t get it right. It has to be the staff, they just don’t care! I guess they think the food is so good that they can treat the customers anyway they want to. I will choke on a chicken bone before I ever go back and give them a penny of my money. I just left them and they are approximately 1.4 miles from my house, please tell me how my food ( Rainbow bowl, French fries for me and mashed potatoes – for my wife) was completely cold after waiting 10 mins to receive it from them? The worst part of this $23.49 fiasco was the sorry amount of food that they gave me, the food didn’t even come up to little line around the bowl, It was like a sampler size, I don’t know if the employees get to take the leftover food home at the end of the night, but they certainly act like it cause they are super stingy. Their answer is always to get in the car and drive all the way back there after settling in and getting ready to eat to bring the food back, ok! So I’m supposed to get back up, pack up the food, drive back, find parking and wait to get my order fixed with no additional compensation for the wasted time or gas, no free drink, no extra scoop of hummus, nothing? It cost me more to return the food than it did when I bought it out right, It’s just down right disrespectful! My money means something to me and I hate wasting it!

I was contacted by the customer service team and they promised that they would read in my order and make things right I spoke with the manager named Judah and he was extremely helpful and engaged in fixing things. He apologized and admitted that they needed to make their service better. I couldn’t have asked for anything more! I hope I get the same service next time I visit. Thanks Judah

The food was great, but not the service. We ordered peri peri chicken bowl, spicy chicken caesar wrap, mango gelado, Portuguese egg tart, rose sangria and a fountain drink. They’re out of mango gelado so we had to exchange it with brownie, they didn’t serve us fries with the wrap and also they forgot to serve us the egg tart.
