Cold fries and my order is wrong for the second week in a row. Ordered a chicken fajita Philly last week but got only onions and no Philly cheese sauce. Called twice and asked for a refund but never got it. This week I even asked for the cheese sauce and still no sauce and a steak sub instead of chicken. Manager was very sorry but could only refund me for their mistake this week because it had gone past three days. Never going there again. Horrible service! Don’t care about their customers.

My wife ate here at the recommendation of another couple. We definitely enjoyed eating here. The atmosphere was friendly and while it was busy, we were easily able to talk. Our margaritas were excellent. Our food was also very good. We’d eat here again. Prices were reasonable.

Be aware! I ordered regular portion of Fajitas for $23.50 because I wanted enough to take home for another meal. My friend ordered the same but Lunch portion for $13.50. They were the same exact amount!! When I mentioned to the server, no response. Not right!!!

Picked up a to go order here and arrived around 5pm. The place was already completely packed at this time, on a Tuesday! That is saying something. The ambiance is great & food is delicious. My review is more for the hostess (who appeared to be the lead). She was so polite, friendly, and gave excellent customer service. She ensured to check on my order for me a couple times, as I had arrived early. Keep in mind this was with a very busy check-in area and multiple guests coming through the door. When it got even busier, I saw a manager step up to the host stand to help the hostesses. He was very helpful as well. Great staff, great teamwork and food. I recommend this location for sure!

I went here because it was rated 4.5, which is a good rating. But I felt let down. The place was packed and the service was great, its just the food (fajitas) were very very mediocre. Usually there is some sort of lime marinade, but I ddin’t really taste anything but the chicken. Also, Ive had fajitas many many times and this is the first time the sizzling plate litterally burned/blackened the chicken. It litterally smelt burned as it was sizzling. same thing happened when the table next to us also got fajitas. The burned smell was not good. Also, the menu was very limited compared to other Mexican restaraunts I have been too. So in the end, I”m not sure why it was so busy, as I wouldn’t go back. Food was just very very plain.

I visited the location in Queen Creek before, but this was my first visit to the Mesa location. I was pleasantly surprised at the upgraded service and quality of food compared to the Queen Creek location. The serving size of our entrées was awesome. We also happened to catch the two for one margarita special, which made it even more delightful, the quality of food and service was very good. I would highly recommend.
