Their food is pretty good, but to pick up pizza its $40? I’d rather not eat there anymore. There is no way that it’s worth that much, still just a greasy pizza. Maybe in NYC on Broadway and 7th but not in Crystal Lake.

The thin crust is absolutely fantastic. But their prices are absolutely insane. I will not be ordering from them until they come down. $34 for an 18″ thin crust? Ya’ll are out of your minds. I could go to Taylor Street and get the same size double dough for $29, or go to Rosati’s and get the same size thin crust for $27. Prices are ridiculous and unacceptable considering there are plenty of other places with better prices and just as good of flavor.

Oh Bill leave the phone calls and customer service to Eric. You silly man. I will never ever order from your establishment again. Not only am I great customer I also tip delivery drivers 10$ ….clearly Bill has no value for his customers. Spent $20 on GF pizza only to have nearly half stick to the paper so bad you can’t even peel it off. Perhaps if you know of this problem lay down a piece of foil….dummy.

The deep dish is solid. Not exactly my taste though. The sauce is a bit sweet for me and the crust is dry and flavorless. I can see why some like it though. I’m sure we’ll be back at some point but I prefer other “classic Chicago” deep dish that is available in the area.

Rustic crust pizza is where its at!! Whenever we crave pizza its only from Nancys. . you get what you pay for & the quality, quantity & taste is worth it here (not saying its overpriced!) everyone here is always so nice too, as oppose to other places who dont train their employees proper customer adequate.
