Wife and I were SUPER impressed with this location’s caring, friendly, employees and the quality of the food and it’s careful preparation. Burger, hot dog, fries, topping, and condiments were truly excellent and our shakes (peanut butter/chocolate and chocolate) were very well made. We were greeted, served shakes, and followed up [when leaving] by Gerry and can’t say enough good things about his quality work ethic and friendliness. Great place and we’ll definitely be back when in the area. Much thanks!!!

Top quality ingredients make for great burgers. The fries are also OG, tasty and you get plenty of them. As with anything that is very good you could have a small wait to get your food. It’s very fresh and loaded with flavor. Worth the wait for sure. Medium fry is a solid amount for 2 people or 3 kids.

Tried the Woodburn location. Got the bacon burger with fries. The sign on the front door said they made the best burgers in the Willamette Valley. Really? The burger was OK, but nothing spectacular. The french fries were real oily and didn’t taste that good. Killer burger is 10 times better. I will go elsewhere and forget this chain.

It’s a fantastic, local treat! While I can’t say that it was the best burger I’ve ever had, I can say it was a big, juicy burger with fresh ingredients and not greasy. The bacon on the burger was top quality. I think the fry sauce and the “secret burger sauce” are extremely similar (if not the same), and both taste like thousand island and tartar sauce. The fries are given in generous portions and the hogg fries is a meal itself. I was happy that I stopped here and tried it out.

The restaurant isn’t that fancy, but the food is really good. The place kind of gives off a Five Guys vibe, but the food is so much better here.
I had a big cheeseburger with lettuce, tomato and mayo. It was pretty remarkable. Didn’t have any fries, but they look delicious.
I would drive a few miles out of my way to come back to another Nancy Jo’s.

Nancy’s Burgers and Fries is hands-down the best! By far the best French fries and fry sauce in the world — no contest. The prices are reasonable, the shakes are out of this world, and the burgers are always fresh, hot, and incredibly tasty. Every visit is consistently great. I got the special basket. We got fry sauce on the side. The lobby had a ketchup dispenser. The customer service from the back of the house was excellent.
It is true, When you order, the order taker is a bit short & lacking that customer service.
P.S. I have noticed that from the time span of more than a year ago the owner replied to reviews respectfully and apologized and asked questions like they were sincerely concerned… But then on the newer reviews I wonder if there’s a new owner because the way that they respond to Google reviewers Is severely lacking in the sincerity of ownership for trying to do better business.
