Great food, great staff, with fast friendly service. Prices are reasonable and the portions are excellent. They have daily and weekly specials and homemade root beer. I highly recommend the cheeseburgers and the fried mushrooms. This is a place you don’t want to miss.

Let me just say that the breaded cheeseburger was AMAZING! Everything was delicious! The food was fresh and hot. The ladies that took our order and brought out our food/drinks are absolute dolls! My family will be back to Nancy Jo’s every time we’re in town. I highly recommend a trip to Nancy Jo’s…you won’t regret it! Thank you to everyone who made our dining experience awesome. Stopped in last week for a burger and fries on my way back to New York. I don’t ever do reviews, but this place was fantastic and deserved it. The food was out quick, fresh and it was delicious. I spoke to the tall blonde lady, whom I found out was the manager. She was extremely kind and courteous. Honestly surprised she isn’t the owner, the way she handled herself. She ran that place with pride and a smile. Very impressed! I’m planning another trip through that area and will definitely stop because of her and the food.

This is a great little place that shouldn’t be missed if you’re in the area, and I would give it 100 stars if I could. I stop every time I come through town. Everything is made when you place your order(nothing sitting under warmers like your chain places), so sometimes there can be a tiny wait especially during peak times, but is it ever worth it! The Spanish sauce is the best I’ve ever had, the burgers are to die for, and the fries are perfect. I also highly recommend the root beer which I’m told, is also made in house. The staff is also really warm and friendly, which is an added bonus that you don’t get everyday, especially from a group of mostly kids. (That speaks volumes about their leadership). Keep it up. I’m a fan for life.

I was looking for a good hotdogs, so itopped in to Nancy Jo’s in Silver Lake, Indiana. I purchased a foot long hot dogs Chicago style. It was perfect, I recommend this place to everyone traveling through Silver Lake. They also have great burgers which I had also had. Go get your perfect burgers and dogs. They also make there own rootbeer. That tastes fantastic.

Went today Sunday for lunch the service was excellent smiles on all faces. We ordered chili dogs n fries all came out nice n hot the hot dogs weee in a container n not wrapped so you lose all the toppings. We will be back for more great service.

EXTREMELY RUDE BAD SERVICE
– employee gave me the silent treatment
– employee refused to answer simple questions
– employee refused to listen to my order
– employee refused to make eye contact and was dismissive and ignored my questions then told manager I was harassing him
– employee made me feel discriminated against and uncomfortable
– instead of politely answering me employee was intentionally confrontational and didn’t listen to my concerns about the food and the price.
– employee intentionally was RUDE to me and IGNORED my questions then LIED to the manager about his behavior.
