When you open the Pancit take out and it reminds you of your childhood, you know it’s right.

Upside: PLENTY of meat!

Downside: They don’t use as much of the veggies as one would traditionally use. And veggies are the cheapest parts of it. I’m used to having just as many veggies as I am meat.

Showed up hungry. Ordered the all you can eat ‘ stuff your belly ‘. Everything was seasoned and cooked to perfection. Meat was tender. The girl was even nice enough to bring it inside to me cuz the buzzers weren’t working. Very yummy and well done.

Pretty good

Lupia – they have beef or pork, it’s like a breakfast sausage link wrapped in thin phylo dough and deep fried to crispy. Dipped into sweet chili sauce. 1 sauce is not enough for 8 piece. Ask for another sauce.

Chicken Pancit – glass rice noodles, rice and chicken on top. Not a very strong flavor. A lot of food though.

I love the flavors and menu options, the fusion of Filipino cuisine is unique and not something found in Salem often. I come here every time I’m in town and look forward to seeing the people that run the cart and enjoy the tasty food

My first time here. This food truck is good.

Ordered mix fried rice- excellent taste- I had 3 plus proteins in it.

They added some yum sauce and siracha for me.

Overall excellent. Portion enough for 2 two people.

Will go back!

*Easy and convenient parking place~ might find it hard with parking on rush hours

* seating available inside and outside

I recently placed my first order from this establishment and unfortunately, it did not meet my expectations. The order consisted of two servings of lumpia, also known as egg rolls, accompanied by rice and glass noodles, as well as two Pineapple agua fresca drinks. However, the drinks were served warm, giving the impression that pineapple juice from a can had been poured into the cup and ice added. The lumpia itself was disappointing, with dry cold and overcooked meat. Given that I had the order delivered to my workplace to share with a colleague for lunch, the total cost of $62, including a $7 prep service fee, seemed excessive for the quality received, leaving me feeling that I did not get value for my money.

This place is going to have to be a no for me. Everything was just a little off. The adobo was shredded which I’ve never seen before. It was heavy vinegar and little soy. The balance just wasn’t there.

The pancit used bacon instead of Chinese sausage and it left the whole dish flavorless. They used a clear noodle, not the rice vermicelli I’m accustomed to. I didn’t taste any oyster sauce.

The lumpia was well cooked but there just wasn’t anything in them but the smallest amount of cabbage. They were such a disappointment.

The drink was nice but not enough to be worth the $30 price tag. If you’re unfamiliar with Filipino food, it might be ok… otherwise, skip this overpriced and under seasoned food truck.

LOVE the pork lumpia the sauce was also so good and complimented them well. One of my new favorite food trucks in Salem. Thanks for the delicious food!

I really have to admit the Filipino Get in My Belly pancit bihon was really a winner. With clear noodles (carrots, celery, onion), tender Worcestershire sauteed chicken, lumpia (rolls) and bacon slices, it provided great contrasting flavor and texture.
