We ordered fresh fries got frozen.. ordered a side of gravy and it was soupy and tasted bad. 1 ordered the mushroom Swiss burger and it was not cooked all the way.. and the other was Nana burger and it was also not cooked all the way. The waitress was great and her service was excellent but the food was not so good this time. Unfortunately. We have been here a few times and the food was great but not this trip

We had this happen to us several times and now will no longer support this place. We went in for meals and soon the owners family came in and they were waited on before us even though we had been waiting for sometime. When we asked about it were told all the times that is the owners family they get waited on first. How is that fair. I had waited 20 minutes for a waitress and family cones in and it was like to hell with paying customers! After this happened to us on 3 occasions our family no longer will give this place our money. My parents ran a very successful pizza,bakery and dinner in Syracuse for years. Family waited if other paying customers had came in first. It is suppose to be take care of our customers who make your business successful! I heard same complaint from several others who no longer support Nan’s Kitchen. Wake up and realize without customers you have no business. When we mentioned this to our waitress she was very rude and told us that was way Nan did it and give her our order.The food is good here but upset over these service issues. Former customer

I do love the Nana Burger! I do have dinner at this restaurant periodically and for the most part no issues with food or services. I don’t agree however that the kids kid’s menu hot dog is the red hot dogs. In my opinion it should be mentioned at the time of order or listed that way. I personally don’t see many kids asking for them.

I ordered one breakfast for my daughter and I to share. They charged me $.87 extra when given the tab, I assumed it was taxes. I left $3 for a tip. At the register I got overcharged $11 for my tab! I was not happy.
Later the owner of the place was very nice and refunded me. She explained the situation and I understood. Not sure why they had a trainee on the floor alone with no trainer in the building but as long as she was fixing things I was ok.

On febuary 15th 2014 we went for lunch at Nana.s kitchen on Park ave in Masena NY.
We should had check that restaurant in advance.
The problem when we place our order we did observel the forks and knifes where dirty not wash properly also at the corner table where a doll is sitting on a baby chair the floor was dirty also a large patch of water on the floor .I told the waitress about it but did nothing.
We ordered the chicken meal also the fish and french fries.But to our surprise the fry chicken was cold and some other not fry properly.The french fries where burn and cold.
We notify the waitress and came back with another order of french fries.
The reason we went to that restaurant is because my daugther told us she went for breackfast and she love it.We are canadian peoples coming in to the state to do some shopping because of the good price compare oto us.We where six people in our party and beleive me it will be the last time you will see us to eat at your place.
On my way out I look at the kitchen and there was 3 male persons talking and was not member of the staff they where clients like us.
I do not recommend this restaurant to anyone.I did ask to see the owner but the cook told me she was not there and he was responsable for taking the complaints.
Since I did find your address on the internet I will contact the health Dept.of your area to do an inspection the way the food is handle also the clealiness of the restaurant.

Great price, great service and even better food. You havr to go there if you’ve never been truly it is amazing. The seasoned homefries are incredibly delicious you have to get them!
