Among many solid dishes, the pumpkin cakes really stood out. They were creative while still traditional in flavor, and genuinely delicious. The pan-fried crispy noodles were another highlight, perfectly crisp with a large, comforting portion that was very filling.
The ube red bean bao had a pleasant, flavorful filling, though the skin was a bit harder than what we usually prefer. The veggie soup dumplings were nicely made and well executed. They were clean, delicate, and satisfying, even if not especially creative.
Definitely worth a visit.
There is also a view into the kitchen to view staff expertly make the soup dumplings non stop.
We ordered the Lucky Six soup dumplings, a sample of their soup dumpling offerings, and also an order of the traditional pork filled soup dumplings. We also ordered the scallion pancake with beef, and pork and veggie wonton with spicy peanut sauce.
The waiter showed us how to mix the vinegar and soy sauce in the small dish with ginger to use for our dumplings (chili oil too available for those who want it), instructing us to bite a bit off the top and then spoon in the mixture and eat! So fun.
All of the dumplings tasted fantastic, with my favorite being the crab and pork. We are partial to a soup dumpling place in NYC we frequent and these were just as good, if not better.
The wontons in spicy peanut sauce were also delectable with great textures and flavors. They were not overwhelmingly spicy and the peanut sauce gave it such a unique and pleasing taste.
The scallion pancake with beef was crispy outside, but the beef was tender, with an almost sweet tasting sauce. It definitely rivaled our favorite scallion pancake in Cinatown, NY.
Our waiter was attentive and didn’t miss a beat, and all other staff were friendly and enthusiastic.
The place is well lit and kept clean, including the restrooms.
Parking in mall parking lot for $1 and hour, or on street parking where you can find it.
We very much enjoyed our dining experience and highly recommend.
We were a party of 10 with no reservations. However, we were welcomed warmly and seated immediately.
I suggest that you order the sampler, especially if it is your first time. I especially loved the lightness, crispiness and Flickr’s of the pork chops. Thé side dishes were delicious too, our favorite was the cucumber. This is a refreshing and great way to cleanse your palate in between dishes. They even gave the table a birthday treat to celebrate my son’s birthday. Those pumpkin cakes were delish (I ate 1 1/2 servings!!)
We were taken cared of by Bruce and another pretty lady (sorry didn’t get her name) , who made sure everything was great. It was an amazing dinner experience enjoyed by our whole family. We definitely will be back!!
I just got back for dinner again! Michael is super friendly too. The food is amazing, and I especially loved the crispy fish fillet. The noodle soup is huge. I have to bring some leftovers back for late-night.
Overall this was a whole experience – a great one! Right down to a new experience eating a soup dumpling. I promise you I didn’t know the dumpling had soup in it, and the projectile when it squirted everywhere gave us the biggest chuckle . I mean from the title I could’ve assumed, but I did not – hope you enjoy the laughs.

We went for a second time in the evening for dinner and our server Michael was very nice and really helpful. We got braised beef noodle soup, scallion pancake with beef and sweet and sour crispy fish fillet.
