I love sushi don’t get me wrong. The service was really good but the quality of the nigris were WAY below average/expectation. The last picture was taken at Jusco’s in downtown Davis. Their price is $30. Nami’s is $25. Jusco is way better in terms of overall sushi, especially nigri (you can see the huge difference in quality). Now, back to Nami’s sushi, the rice to fish ratio was terrible as I told them I left out the rice because of the ratio, thinking they would fix it, I gave them the benefit of doubt. However, I was shocked when they cut the fish to a miniature size but kept the same big fat rice block on the fish. Great service, quality of rolls were good, but nigri was dreadful. Won’t be returning and going back to Jusco’s for ayce sushi (closer to UC Davis campus if you are a college student). The last picture was NOT at Nami sushi but at Jusco’s sushi. Also, I’m starting to get a bad headache/migraine which is a sign of FOOD POISONING!

This place was small and super busy. All you can eat was just wonderful, tasty food and excellent service. Make sure to give yourself time to be seated. Perfect for dates and group settings. Not great for kids. Wish sashimi was part of all you can eat sushi

The all you can eat options, while smaller, are put together with the same great care as the rest of their offerings. I appreciated the smaller rolls, as they gave me an opportunity to explore even more types and combinations.

Absolutely amazing sushi place. Neat location, polite people. The value of it is off the charts, fiveteen for all you can eat, made to order sushi? Golden. Desserts are also included in the all u can eat. The time I went service was kind of slow but the food made up for it.
