The service, atmosphere and food were amazing! Our sweet server was very kind and prompt. Our food arrived quickly and was cooked to perfection! Serving size for the dishes also are large! We shared the appetizer, sushi, and main course, were completely full and still took home enough to eat tomorrow!! The atmosphere is cozy, quaint, and comfortable. 5 starts all the way and I will return anytime I’m in Killeen!

We usually go to the Belton location but decided to give Killeen a try for the first time last week. We were shocked at how run-down and dirty this location is. The carpets look very old/stained and the grill areas get minimal cleaning, if that. It’s very dimly lit but I could still see the filthy, grime covered gas pipe by my feet. As dirty as everything was in front of me I couldn’t help but wonder how bad the kitchen was.

Food was great, service was excellent! The chef was friendly and engaging while cooking the food, which was delicious. Every staff we encountered (even if they weren’t directly assigned to our table) went out of their way to ensure a great experience.

I hadn’t been to this type of restaurant in several years. It was great to watch the chef perform his craft and see my granddaughter’s reaction. Everyone in our family enjoyed the food. Steaks were tender. Everything was very flavorful. Total enjoyment all around!

Great food and great service. I didn’t get the chef’s name but our waitress was Rue, she was very sweet and quick to come help us! And she even did the birthday drum for my grandma!

The food was delicious and the show our chef put on was amazing, he manage to keep my daughters attention without really scaring her (she’s one). The staff were were patient and kind, which was a plus. I would definitely come back.

The food here was ok. We started with soup and salad. I did not like the soup. It wasn’t something that I’d order again, but that doesn’t mean that you shouldn’t try it. The salad was edible and tasted good, but there was a lot of salad dressing at the bottom of the bowl. I’d prefer my salad be tossed in the dressing so there is an even spread if you’re going to put it on there instead of on the side. The chef, Ken, was very polite and friendly as was our host. He was a very nice young man with good customer service. Ken cooked really well and the food that he prepared for us was amazing. Seriously, I ate leftovers, and it was still good. The veggies weren’t under or over cooked; they were just right. The rice was fresh and tasted good. I got shrimp habachi and the shrimp was cooked perfectly as well. I gave the food a 3/5 because of the soup and salad but it does have potential to be a 5. The atmosphere was a little off putting to me. It was dark and somewhat dank but didn’t smell bad. I think I saw a critter crawling up the wall, so the place can use some sprucing up. I would eat the habachi here again but wouldn’t recommend eating in until the ambiance is maybe brightened up? I’m not sure, but it was an overall enjoyable experience.

My take out order was extremely late getting to me. When people who are dining are leave that got there after you there’s an issue. Fried rice was trash. Looked like rice with soy sauce and chopped up egg. Definitely, not worth the $2 up charge. The chicken was dry and cut into rather large pieces for hibachi. All that said, go somewhere else for lunch.

Our waiter was Paul. Our chef was new to the area from California. Both were great. Place could use a sprucing up. Food was great. Drink was really bad but Paul brought us some Sprite so we could choke it down.
