Today at Namaste Kitchen in Vermont, we tried two exceptional drinks — the Apple Cider Fizz and the House Margarita. Both were absolutely impressive, packed with flavor and energy. The kids enjoyed their Shirley Temple, and the overall experience was truly memorable. We’ll definitely be visiting again — simply mind-blowing!

The first thing I noticed was how clean everything was! And so the decor was warm and inviting. Our server Suni was fantastic, friendly, and knowledgeable about their menu. And the FOOD??? THE FOOD WAS INCREDIBLE! The flavors were layered with intention and love. The food was truly comfort food that warmed our souls with the perfect amount of heat (medium for me!) we got a cauliflower dish & samosa chaat. Garlic Naan for all the sauces, wipes the plates clean. My husband got a platter that had 2 curries, pickled mango, mustard greens, and a lentil soup. It even came with a lil dessert which was the perfect palate refresher! We have been in hospitality for a combined total of 35 years and this restaurant is truly a gem!! The whole experience left such an impression we HAD to pop our head in the kitchen and compliment the chef who was a joy! My husband is a chef and he was eating the food saying, ‘I need to learn to cook like this!’ In addition to all of that, the prices were so reasonable and that doesn’t exist anywhere anymore!! Cannot say enough wonderful things about this delightful spot!

This place is great!
Very friendly people, incredibly good food, well priced also.
We ordered the samosa chaat, saag paneer, tofu tikka masala, side of mango pickle.
All dishes were amazing, flavors were deep and bold. When I asked if our server would pass on my compliments to the chef, she said that she would tell her mom…I love that!
Thank you all so much, I will be back.

The food here was incredible. It looked like everything on the menu was mainly vegetarian which is fine with me because that usually means the food is extra flavorful. It very much was!

The food was also really affordable as well which means I’m going to be going back.

I don’t know if it’s because we ordered so much on a whim, but they also brought us tea while we were waiting and gave us a couple of their sweets to try.

Very friendly, quiet atmosphere. The food was unbelievable and it smelled amazing in there.

While it isn’t fancy, the food is wonderful. Presentation, service, selection and a relaxed setting makes this place a big hit.

I had a business lunch at Namaste Kitchen and we both enjoyed everything we got. The Saag Paneer was perfection, as were the pakoras. Serene and calming atmosphere that instantly defused my frayed nerves. And I was surprised to see a full bar — bonus! Can’t wait to go back for dinner and a drink.

Updated review following many* visits: this is now my favorite restaurant in town! It’s the best and is an overlooked absolute hidden gem! What a treat to have such a great Nepalese restaurant in the area!

Absolutely phenomenal* food, with excellent friendly service, and a nice more quiet/peaceful atmosphere every time. Their prices are also very good, especially for the quality of the food they serve; you can really tell that they use great quality ingredients and the atmosphere is also exceptional. It’s the perfect restaurant for socializing with guests/visitors or for a casual sweet date. Very easy parking too. I’ve taken a dozen or so friends and guests, and everyone was really impressed by it. Even a family visiting from Toronto who shared they had very picky taste buds and my niece and nephew, loved everything they tried.

Everything we have ordered (around 1/4th of the menu at this point) has been delicious. If I had to pick stand outs by my own personal taste preferences, I’d highly recommend the: Malai Kafta, Paneer Saag or Goat Saag, Tikka Massala, Butter Chicken, chili vegetable momos, samosa chaat(app), mixed veg pakora (app), Dal Mahkani, chilli paneer (app) and Vindaloo. Of course, the garlic naan as well. The cauliflower manchurian is also phenomenal and is a particularly great choice shared in a larger group (e.g., 3 or more); it’s delicious and a little goes a long way.

I’ve only taken pictures going there once, so I’ll need to do better and take more pictures to add!
